I went to Dr. Cheng as a new patient with unspecified tooth pain. It's always nerve-wracking seeing a new dentist. Will they be kind? Will they be skilled? And so on.
I've never had such a thorough exam from a dentist. Dr. Cheng really seems to care and, more importantly, he gets to the bottom of the problem. After the exam, I felt confident in the diagnosis he offered, and I also felt he was taking a long-term planning approach to my dental health ("let's keep an eye on this," kind of thing, backed up by notes in the file). Exceptional!
The other members of the staff -- Vera at the command post in front and Rosie the dental assistant who facilitated the exam -- were also excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, put-you-at-ease kind of people.
What a relief to have found such a wonderful dental practice! (I'd like to give a shout out to my neighbor, who recommend Dr. Cheng. Thanks, neighbor!)

Excellent care and attention to detail. Very little waiting. Superior work. Friendly and professional. Vera is hilarious! I recommend Mission Hill Dental highly.

Absolutely amazing dental care! From the warm welcome to the careful, professional treatment, every part of my visit was excellent. The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Highly recommend for anyone who wants kind, thoughtful service!
