I and my husband had an outstanding experience with Dr. Manesh at Mission Dental Implant. The level of professionalism, expertise, and care truly exceeded my expectations. The office is very clean and welcoming, and the entire staff is friendly and attentive. Got a consultation here because of concern with my gums. Dr. Vartanian spend quality time with me answering me questions. Had Courtney as my hygienist, she is excellent! I am a lot more confident that my gums will heal.Now that I have switched dental offices!!

Had a dental implant a few days ago — everything went perfectly. The only minor discomfort afterward was a bit of tenderness from the numbing shot. Otherwise, it feels like the surgery never even happened. Fantastic work, Dr. Manesh!

Very disappointing experience. I tried calling multiple times to schedule an appointment, but no one ever picked up the phone. It’s frustrating when you can’t even reach the clinic to ask basic questions communication is this poor before becoming a patient, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in the service overall.Would not recommend based on this experience.

Dr. Al Manesh, DMD, is the founder of Mission Implant Center and its implant specialist periodontist. According to the practice website, he earned his dental degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1993, completed a residency in general medicine at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, and then completed the postgraduate periodontal program at Louisiana State University in 1998. He practiced as an associate at South Coast Dental Specialties before opening Mission Dental Implant Center in Mission Viejo in 2007. Dr. Manesh is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a member of the American Dental Association, Orange County Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Academy of Periodontology, and Academy of Osseointegration. In 2015 he founded the Ceramic Implant Institute, where he teaches other dentists about periodontal and prosthodontic implant treatment and the placement of ceramic zirconia implants. His clinical focus includes regenerative periodontal care, dental implants, oral plastic surgery, and cosmetic procedures.
