Better than western dental but that’s not a compliment. My experience in getting my wisdoms out was nothing short of a nightmare. I requested valium days in advance and the prescription was barely sent out night before my surgery which caused me to almost not be able to receive it. Prior to my appointment, I was advised by other doctors that a bone graft was not necessary, but when i told them i didn’t want the bone graft I was told they wouldn’t do my extractions if i didn’t pay the $600 and due to my insurance, it felt like i had no choice. Numbing was the most painful i’ve ever experienced as well, they just go straight in with the needle no jelly offered. Just continued to get worse because they clearly do not know how to send out prescriptions. Had the same issue I had the night prior going back and forth w my pharmacy because on my pharmacies end they never received a call for the pain meds and antibiotics i needed (same thing happened the night before and i even changed the pharmacy second time around and same issue occurred so common denominator here is the dental office). My numbing had completely worn off by this point and had these people been more organized, all of this could’ve been avoided. Didn’t end up receiving my antibiotics and pain meds until 6 hours after surgery. Pain free patient care is clearly not a priority here. Most staff were friendly but it’s hard to trust that this is an ethical or organized office.

Staff is all very polite and professional. The only down side to this place is their wait times. Three consecutive times we’ve had appts. at 9am (opening time) and have had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour. The last time we waited about an hour and a half just to be told that my daughter’s crown didn’t come in and they just needed to retake impressions. Waiting that long for a process that took 10-15min. max! Unfortunately today, the same thing happened our appt. was at 9am. and we walked into a chair at 10:02. It’s honestly just the transparency for me, next time please give me a heads up as to the wait times, just be honest. You would think that if we made the first appt. or so, of the day that the wait times would be no more than 30min. We also have many things and families to attend to and accommodate and change our schedules for these things too, but if we make the time to be on time to our scheduled appointments, I expect the same in return.
Other than that they did a great job with her root canal that many other dentist didn’t want to do, and for that I am very grateful.

10/10 — Highly recommend!
The entire team—Kenia, Gabby, Monse, and Alicia—was amazing. I’ve always had really bad anxiety about dental work, but this office completely changed that for me. Dr. Amr was incredibly gentle, caring, and made the whole experience pain-free. Thanks to this team, I’m no longer afraid of going to the dentist. Thank you all so much for your outstanding care.

Great new staff! I’ve been a patient for a while, and I’ve enjoyed the new staff and their work. Gabby has been a great help assisting me. Kenia did a great job with my insurance. Overall I definitely recommend.

Thank you to Gabriela for helping me get scheduled for urgent care with my teeth. They were so kind and fast. They made my wisdom teeth removal the best experience ever, no pain no wait just in and out!
