Dr. Farid and his entire team are absolutely wonderful! My son was referred to another dentist but couldn’t get an appointment for months. I decided to call around myself and found Dr. Farid, and I’m so glad I did. Within just two weeks, he was able to see my son and completely fix the issue.
The experience was so positive that I switched my other three kids to his practice as well. Dr. Farid and his staff are kind, professional, and great with children. My kids especially love the dental hygienist, which makes dental visits so much easier.
We are very grateful to have found such a caring and efficient dental office. Highly recommend!

I’ve been there twice. They are great staff, the one receptionist can be a kinda snooty but nothing too bad, yet.
Doctor Farid is awesome for a dentist. Only reason why I give four star is bcus I’ve only been twice for 1 & for 2 they take a long time to get you back into the room. I had fillings done on my bottom right top & bottom teeth. 3 of them. Dr Farid numbed me very good before dealing with my teeth. I didn’t even have to ask him to numb me for the second time, he just went ahead & did it. Which I thought was great. Other dentists I’ve been too, I’ve had to ask them to re numb me in the middle of the process bcus I was just to scared it would hurt by the end. Dr Farid took it upon himself & numbed me again. Which I thought was cool.!

No stars to give. And it’s because the receptionist is absolutely a HORRIBLE person. On my consultation appointment one week ago, this woman was rude to everyone that came through the door. Apparently she did not like it when I let her know how rude she was being. I had my next appointment yesterday. When she asked for my name, she told me I did not have an appointment. She said that I called Friday and canceled. Said the phone call I supposedly made was all documented but would not show me when I asked to see. And it’s because I did not call. Now I know why that sign is hanging up by the front desk. It’s because of her. Please hire someone more professional. Dr Farid is a great dentist and has always treated me so good for years. A receptionist needs to be professional….just sayin

I have been a loyal patient at Dr. Farid’s for many years. I was shocked and disheartened to get a letter in the mail canceling me as a patient because I had to move 2 appts. One appt was moved when we got hit with a snowstorm, businesses were shutting down everywhere that day. The second was due to having strep throat. Both times I called and left messages to let them know. Life happens and unfortunately both of these situations were out of my control. Dr. Farid is very kind and has always done a good job, however it is very obvious based on my situation and other reviews & complaints that his office staff is giving his business a bad reputation. Very sad to see.
