Best dentist I’ve ever been to! Dr. Clark and Katie, my dental hygienist, were both amazing and kind. I felt very comfortable and that they truly cared about my dental (and overall) health. Very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, highly recommend.

Dr. Clark and his team are wonderful! Easy to schedule with, thorough cleanings and honest clinical opinions. Laura cleans my kids teeth (3 and 6) also and they love going to see her. Can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve had such a great experience at Monarch Dental. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming, and they really make you feel comfortable right when you walk in. They take their time explaining everything and never make you feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciate. You can just tell they genuinely care about their patients. The level of kindness and attention you get here feels totally different from other places. I’m so glad I found this office and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust.

What a friendly place! My hygienist, Laura, is an absolute gem. I have a lot of anxiety around dental procedures, and she was the perfect blend of positive, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I’m so glad I found Monarch!

I had an awesome experience with Dr. Clark and their team! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Clark did an amazing job with my treatment — super thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I also really appreciate their in-house plan for people without dental insurance. It made great dental care affordable and easy to manage without any surprises. Highly recommend Monarch Dental to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares and delivers top-notch results!

Monarch Dental Care is a general dental practice in Prairie Village, Kansas, that offers dental implant placement and restoration for patients who need to replace missing teeth. The practice describes implants as the best long term solution for tooth loss, and the restoration is designed to match the look and feel of a patient's natural teeth so it blends in and can be brushed and flossed like the rest of the smile.
The practice serves patients from Prairie Village as well as nearby Leawood, Overland Park, and Mission, and treats implant patients within a broader range of general, restorative, and cosmetic dental services, including crowns, bridges, and dentures. Patients considering implants can expect an initial exam that includes a review of dental and medical history and any necessary x-rays, followed by a personalized treatment plan discussion with the dentist.
Dental implant treatment at this practice is provided by Dr. Alex Clark, who completed his dental education at the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Dentistry, graduating with honors in 2015, and went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, gaining experience in restorative, endodontic, and oral surgery techniques. He has completed continuing education through the Clinical Mastery Series, the Dawson Academy, and Implant Pathway, and has been recognized as a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
