Made initial appointment which they later changed to a later date understandable the doctor was gonna be out of the office made it to actual appointment and waited for 45 mins in the chair, their equipment wasn鈥檛 working. Very annoying to wait over a month for appointment and then I get there and nothing gets done. Waste of time

I personally had a great experience with Monarch Dental. I suggested that my wife use them for her needs. Unfortunately when she did so the office billed the insurance company incorrectly and the insurance company declined to pay the invoice until it was corrected. We have spent numerous hours on the phone with the billing office and the insurance company over the last 2 years trying to fix the issue. The billing office suggested we pay the invoice and seek reimbursement from the insurance. If they cannot fix their clerical errors to get them selves paid, I know they worn fix it so we can get reimbursement. Now they have sent the invoice to a collections agency. Please find somone else for your dental needs.

Don鈥檛 waste your time. Make the appointment months in advance and they just wanted to do a check up and schedule me another day. It be easy if I don鈥檛 live almost 2 hours away. Comunication is very poor, I made sure to ask all those questions before my app to find out that I just wasted a day for nothing. There solution was for me to pay$$$ cash to get my cleaning done the same day. Very sad. Wish there was an option to give you o 馃専. Left very disappointed, had such good hopes for this place.

I had an excellent first visit with Dr. Madrid and her team. Both she and the hygienist demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and explained each step clearly and professionally. Their communication was thorough, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. I left feeling confident in the quality of care and grateful for such a positive experience. This level of attentiveness reflects a genuine commitment to my well-being and my long term health. Thank you
