My experience at the Odessa office was bad. The first time I went, they called me to cancel my appointment because the hygienist had an emergency. They scheduled another appointment two weeks later, and I went. To my surprise, they took x-rays and then told me I could leave. I asked if I was going to get a cleaning, and they told me they didn't have a hygienist. If that's true, why didn't they tell me before taking all those x-rays? In the end, they scheduled me an appointment at the Midland office. I hope to be successful next time, and hopefully I won't waste my time again.

Thank you so much for the great service you give. My parents are elderly and you were very patient with both my mom and dad. My dad was very pleased with the care he was given. Your kindness is so appreciated. From the front desk to the hygienist and the dentist all were very professional and kind.

The staff was very friendly. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. They informed me in what was going to happened during my visit. The entire team is very professional. Thank you Monarch Dental for doing your best at making me smile again. I would diffently recommend this place.

Moving to West Texas we needed to find a new dentist. After trying one office that was disappointing I read the reviews here and gave it a try. My daughter and I were greeted with polite and very nice women. Our experience just improved meeting each staff member. As someone who has anxiety with dental visits I left feeling very comfortable. I could ask any question and they took the time to answer. I highly recommend this location.

Very happy with the service I was given by the staff. They worked with me to get my paperwork and insurance correct so I wouldn’t be overcharged. I now have a realistic and affordable plan to get my smile back on track! And with them having appointments on Saturdays it was easy to find time to make it in.
