Dr Maddi is the sweetest & is so gentle. I hate having dental work done but she makes it such a great experience. I'll never switch offices. 10/10 do recommend! Also, the assistants Gwynn & Jody! My favorites! They will have you laughing through the whole process. great ladies!

Another great experience at Monroe County Family Dental. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr O has both charisma and talent. He relates to patients in such a positive and upbeat manner, it almost makes you enjoy sitting in that dentist’s chair. My filling went smoothly once again, no pain at all, and feels great. Jody put the filling in and I was impressed by her skills in smoothing the area so professionally. Last but not least, the front desk staff are consistently super friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I have horrible dental anxiety because of several very painful mouth problems I have had to deal with over the last 15 years. I no longer felt comfortable at my previous dentist and had a tooth that I needed looked at. I also got new insurance coverage this year so I would have had to make the switch anyway. The receptionist greeted me and was so friendly. The waiting room was comfortable and calming. Gwendolyn was the star of the show today, though. She is a DA and I'm not sure I've ever met someone as kind and compassionate as her. She was conversational and set me at ease. She shared some personal dental experiences that built trust and she communicated everything she was doing and why. Dr. O was also very friendly and caring. He took the time to not only look at my mouth and the xrays, but he explained everything to me with the xrays and made sure I understood everything. My problem tooth needs a filling soon or I will need a root canal. They were able to fit me into the schedule TOMORROW! :) This gave me peace of mind knowing that I am getting the problem fixed before it becomes a major problem. Gwendolyn will be there tomorrow which will be a friendly face offering reassurance, I'm sure. When I checked out, the woman there was also very kind and explained my estimated cost for the filling, what insurance should pay, and how to pay. She also explained that she would bill my insurance for my visit today. I left feeling good and I am hopeful that this will be a good fit long term. Thank you, MCFD team!

Hygienist McKenzie and Dr. Maddie were excellent, personable, and very knowledgeable. All of the staff went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received! My teeth feel great and I will be back :)

This clinic deserves much more than five stars. Offering a free service is amazing. I have no words to express my gratitude for this initiative, in such difficult times. Many of us find ourselves unemployed and without health insurance, let alone dental insurance. God bless you all. The service is excellent, the care, the kindness, even to the point of offering water and something to eat to those waiting in line, is a gesture that speaks to who you are. May it serve as an example for other service providers to support those who are struggling today. THANK YOU!
