I had an amazing experience at Montana Oral Surgery office, I arrived yesterday March 11, 2026 at noon and was greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. It was a clean, professional appearance with a friendly atmosphere. My appointment went as smoothly as you would want. I was well-numbed by the time Dr. Peretti did the extractions and Rachel kept me calm and relaxed throughout. They are an amazing team . I really appreciated the follow up call I received this following day 3/12/26 from Rachel and I know if have questions or concerns they will be available to address which is reassuring. So yesterday after my appointment I left my phone! When I learned that it was at the office I knew that it was in great hands. I was finally able to be reunited with my phone this morning!! Yes I went without overnight!!! Long story short, I’m in a wheelchair so it takes some coordination to get and from anywhere. Montana Oral Surgery not only saved my teeth but they saved my phone as well!!! Thank you guys everything!!! I highly recommend this place for your oral health.

This appointment was for my husband. The kindness, care and compassion we received was heartwarming. The staff and Dr. Fleishman were top notch. All options were explained completely. I would recommend this office any time! Thank you.

For this place to have anything less than 5 stars blows my mind. Sadly after a major stomach surgery long ago my teeth have just started crumbling as a side effect . Cracks, chips, roots exposed, sinuse nerves penetrated, absent, infections, you name it I’ve had it. This would have been something easy to manage if one, I had insurance and two if I didn’t have absolutely crippling anxiety. I dealt with this pain for years and years and finally after a tooth infection started to effect my eye sight, hearing, and unbearable pain I had to go In. I went to many dentist before this but none were capable to complete my services as it was to severe, & no one was as patient, kind, and understanding as not only the surgeon but his whole staff! I have walked out of many surgery’s or just avoided them in all due to this anxiety’s, but this being my third time in I walked in with my head high, no panic attacks ( well just a few small ones) and I felt so safe and secure. The front desk lady’s make you feel at home right of the back, they are cheerful, polite, knowledgeable and even recommend me a payment program through Cherry that saved my butt big time! Today I had to have 3 more teeth removed and the dr and nurses were just all so helpful. Showed me everything they would be working on, played music I liked to calm my nerves, kept me laughing and entertained while I was getting my IV and before I knew it was waking up to their amazing staff. I can not speak any higher of this place. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore than I do or preach about them all. Dr Fleischmann not only have you found a way to give my anxiety a safe place, you have literally saved my life with my dental problems and have genuinely created such an amazing, well trained, friendly staff and a beautiful, clean office. I could preach forever, but for now just thank you. If you are ever in need for implants or oral surgery look no further, and if ancient has stopped you from taking care of yourself, give these beautiful people a chance. Thank you thank you thank you!

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. The ladies that took me into the room were awesome, professional and efficient, got everything hooked up and the dentist was great. The IV I hardly even felt it, after he put the IV in from then on I didn’t know anything until they woke me up and it was over, everything went perfectly

They were amazing, they helped distract my daughter since she is afraid of getting an IV. They explained everything very thoroughly and made sure they answered all our questions. They made sure we were all good before we left after she was done. Definitely a great place with wonderful staff.
