Dr. Peretti and his team are awesome! They efficiently coordinated my first consultation, developed a personalized care plan, and scheduled my procedure promptly thereafter. I liked that everyone was easy to talk to and ready to answer any questions I had. I’ll check back later after my procedure next week. 2/10/2026 I had my procedure(extraction and bone graft) today and felt very comfortable and at ease. Hannah and Dr. Peretti are amazing!

Dr. Paretti did an amazing job extracting my molar yesterday. He got it done without hesitation and with no pain. The bone implant went just as smooth. That was my first visit and I plan on returning. He's an expert.

Just got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and honestly, I was dreading it, but this dental office is the real deal. I was super nervous walking in, but the whole procedure was fast and easy. I barely even remember it. Everything after has been way smoother than I thought it would be. They did a fantastic job, no pain yet just some swelling. But the main reason I’m leaving this review is Hannah. She was working with me right before and after the surgery, and she’s just awesome. She made me feel totally calm and kept checking on me to make sure I wasn't freaking out. She’s super friendly and explained everything in a way that just made sense. If you gotta get teeth pulled, this is the place to go. You’re in great hands!

Doubt anyone has fond memories of a molar extraction but contrary to my fears before the procedure, it was a piece of cake. Probably the best dental experience I have had in my 66 years. Granted, that is a low bar but Dr Perretti and staff went above and beyond to make it painless and efficient. Two days out I have little to no pain and looking forward to implant in a few months. Well done.

Best experience I have ever had! The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Dr Peretti is a truly gifted surgeon and also lets you know what he is doing so there are no surprises. I had two posts put in and he was finished before I knew it! He is very kind, caring and gentle. I was expecting some pain but did not have any! His assistant Jessica, did a fabulous job and was reassuring and I also appreciated her sense of humor. Hannah also assisted and was very friendly and efficient. I will reiterate again that this was by far the best experience I have ever had and will recommend Dr Peretti and his team to anyone who is looking for an expert oral surgeon! Thank you Dr Peretti and team at Montana Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center.
