The caring staff made me feel comfortable as they could tell I was nervous coming in on surgery day. When I went in for the consultation a few weeks prior, they gave me an estimate of charges after insurance and answered all my questions. Dr. Zysset has great bed side manner and is very knowledgeable with years of experience! I was put to sleep with IV sedation to remove 4 wisdom teeth and a molar, it was very quick and I had minimal pain with recovery! I highly recommend Dr. Zysset!

My daughter had all 4 of her wisdom teeth pulled in June. After having an uncomfortable consult with another surgeon a little closer to home, I knew I needed to bring her to Dr. Zysset. He did my wisdom teeth 23 years ago and I remember my experience being flawless. That's exactly how this went. Perfectly flawless. He and his staff made my daughter comfortable which was most important, but he also made me comfortable as mom. I knew without a doubt she was in the best hands - and she knew it too. I will be bringing my son here in a few years when it's time for his wisdom teeth to come out! Thank you for the excellent care!

The nurse made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The extraction took about 30 seconds. I tell you, it was virtually painless! I know, I would not have believed it either. Boom. No pain meds, none needed. I kept waiting for the hit, but it never came. Kudos to Dr Zysset!

I should have done this review shortly after the procedure a couple of years ago, but I forgot. However the experience was amazing enough that I still remember it. I was referred here by my dentist back in 2021 to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I requested that they use general anesthesia so that I would be out during the procedure. I was very noticeably nervous and anxious, but Dr. Tylka helped alleviate both of those feelings with his friendly and professional demeanor. When he noticed that I have tattoos he started asking me about them (I love telling people the story of them because the tattoos are very important to me) and somehow ended up talking about music. All the while he was inserting the IV which was done so quick and painlessly that I didn’t even realize it was in all the way until he said something about it and the next thing I knew I was awake and the procedure was done. The procedure went very well and I highly recommend coming here to get your wisdom teeth removed if that’s something that you need to have done

I was very nervous to go in and have my tooth extracted, but the second I walked through the front door. I knew I was in good hands. The staff was absolutely incredible and talked me through the entire thing! I feel like I was with my friends the
the whole time! & don’t even get me started on Dr Tylka he is the most gentle doctor I have ever had work in my mouth! I would recommend him to every single person if I could. HIGHLY recommend!!

Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by two oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Monte Zysset and Dr. Daniel Tylka. Dr. Zysset, Doctor of Dental Surgery and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, earned his dental degree from the University of Nebraska Dental College in 1984 and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. He is board certified and a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and has served as president of both the Washington State and Nebraska societies of oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Dr. Tylka, Doctor of Dental Surgery and Doctor of Medicine, earned his dental degree with high distinction from the University of Nebraska School of Dentistry in 2010, then completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Louisville, where he also earned his medical degree in 2013. His training covered dental implants, complex bone grafting, intravenous sedation and general anesthesia, facial trauma, and corrective jaw surgery.
