I can chew!!!! Dr. Baumgartner is absolutely wonderful. I am very sensitive and take a lot of numbing. I've had dentists get cranky with me because I can still feel it, even though they believe I shouldn't. He took his time with me, explained everything as he went, and listened to me when it hurt. I truly appreciate that. If you are looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist, he's your man.

Finished my first visit for an exam and cleaning. Was already pleased and impressed with reception when I called for my appointment, friendly, well spoken, active listening. Visit was super smooth and expert with professional staff front to back, dental assistant was very skilled and Dr. Baumgartner was very sensible, no BS.

Will never recommend this dental establishment. Every root canal this dentis has done on me which so far my new dentist has found 3 that were not cleaned out thoroughly are now infected and two had to be taken out and have implants put in. Thier hygienist not sure if she is still there but was talking to my 14 year old about politics and then me. Not acceptable. Had this dentist for years just gratefully none of my kids had root canals just fillings. Which now are cracking and falling out in my spouses mouth after 4 years. Just so upset about all the money spent there for bad work. The nurses were always nice just would never trust the dentist and sorry that I did.

So impressed with staff and service. We were visiting and my daughter (7) had a dental issue that needed somewhat immediate attention. We are not regular patients here but they were able to get us in the next morning. We were warmly welcomed by staff making my daughter immediately feel comfortable. Dr Baumgartner was able to remedy an issue with my daughter’s crown and he was very personable. Overall positive experience, highly recommended this team. Thank you!

I would give this a zero, but sadly I don't have that option. I have left multiple messages regarding a dental emergency and have heard nothing. If they are not providing emergency treatment on weekends, change the information on your website. Provide that detail on your phone message. After wasting all morning waiting for a reply, we are cutting our weekend short and heading back to Portland. Might be an OK dentist. But do you really want to deal with an office that has such abysmal communication?
