All aspects of this place are great.
Front desk: calls and is extremely helpful.
Text reminders: to the point and easy to interpret.
New patient paperwork: system easy to use.
X-rays: done fast and efficiently.
Cleaning: painless, friendly, and respectful.
Dentist: great knowledge, caught things previously dentists didn't, and explained every process and procedure.
Will return and already have my next appointment scheduled.

There are definitely better options in Lancaster county. My appointment got changed multiple times by text. I was supposed to have a 9am appointment and it got changed to 830am in one text and 8am in another. I never got any sort of call asking to change my appointment, in fact, had I not called them and just gone to the 9am I would not have had an appointment. The reason the front office staff provided was that they had temporary hygienists and needed to change my appointment. I wasn’t happy about it hey way they went about it , but I was able to do the 8am so I went. After being seated with the hygienists she told me I needed a full mouth series of xrays, even though the panorex and bitewings that I had taken two months prior had been sent. This is definitely ridiculous, especially if you are familiar with xray frequencies, but I traveled over an hour to get there and I wanted my teeth cleaned. The cleaning was subpar and the hygienists belly consistently rubbed my head and side of my face. Not cool. Then, as if the other things hadn’t already been annoying , Dr Malay came in. He was very unpleasant and was quite rough with his exam. I am in my forties and go to the dentist every 6months and I can honestly say this was the worst dental experience I have ever had. The reviews on google paint a good picture, but I assure you it is not the place to go. The office space is beautiful, but the professionalism in all departments needs to change.

Mor Smiles in Litiz Pa is a complete joke. They do not care about their patients. I originally called them to access a broken tooth and I said I need it extracted, they extracted it then I was told I needed a root canal on a complete different tooth. I said let’s just Pull it and forget about. My concern is this front tooth you just extracted, and bone grafting filled in , so then I’m sent home to heal , then to return for a permanent implant ! The same night and the next few days after extraction. The bone graft pieces where literally falling out , look I was then sent to another dentist Orthodontist, to have this root canal completed when I arrived and met with orthodontist. Had X-rays right away he met me in the room and said “ I’m not sure why your here “
You do NOT need a root canal “ I about Lost it !! I explained what I was told at Morsmiles , he said “ you were Told Wrong , I see evidence of even needing a root canal , so I called more smiles and said what is going on here ? “Oh we will just schedule you to come in and do your root canal here “ but prior to this I was Told by the Dentist at Moresmiles they do NOT do root canal procedures “ hence why I had to go elsewhere ! I wanted it pulled because it was one of my top molars in the back and I was afraid I would run into problems later ding ding. I was right. but they just wanted to make more money! Instead of considering patient care, now the procedure failed. I’m in excruciating pain. And swelling ! I also found “two pieces” of one of their titanium tools , used in order to prep the tooth in this procedure for a root canal broken off in my tooth and he left both pieces in there ! both pieces!! I have them! and he puts tooth cement over the top and calls me Good!! then they hound me to pay the bill, when I expressed to them that your procedure failed and now I’m in excruciating pain swelling. I got a big hole in my tooth when I originally wanted it pulled !! nobody wanted to listen. I contacted them of this emergency and they refuse to see me even despite the troubles they put me through. They want me to pay the bill for something that completely failed and was messed up. Screwed up and done wrong. Before they will see me ! very sad how unprofessional this place is.
And you can bet your bottom dollar I will never be returning to there again. Their staff at the front desk is not courteous. They’re demanding they don’t take any consideration anyone’s situation. They treat people very unprofessional and they weren’t even willing to make this very Serious WRONG , , RIGHT ! There’s no reviews low enough for me to even give one, but this is my honest experience that I’ve had with them and I never will be again

Save your time and money. The first time I went for a cleaning, they told me I had to get a cavity filled. I scheduled the appointment with the receptionist for two weeks later. I thought it was odd that I didn’t get a reminder text so, I called and they told me they didn’t have me on their schedule. So, they scheduled it again for the following week. Called me the morning of my appointment and told me the hygienist called off and they were going to call me back with a new appointment. They never called me back and this was probably in January to schedule the filling. I had an 8am appointment this morning and arrived at 7:50. When I checked in, I heard them talking to each other and one of the receptionists told the other that they shouldn’t have scheduled me for 8:00 because the hygienist didn’t get into work until 8:30. I sat there until 8:15 (knowing that they messed up my appointment because I heard them talking about it) and asked them what was going on. They told me that they scheduled me before the hygienist even came in. They told me the hygienist had come in a little early and was rushing to get me back there quickly. At 8:20, I heard them talking about the machines not working but never communicated anything to myself or the other person that was also there for an 8:00 appointment and still wasn’t taken back yet. Finally, at 8:30, they told us that their machines weren’t working. Their communication is terrible and scheduling is even worse. I changed dentists because I heard great things about them. It has been nothing but a headache and I’ve only been a patient for seven months. I will not be returning.

This place was nice at first, but now im regretting leaving my old dentist. I left my old dentist for their practice being behind in technology and methods for quality in fillings and cleanings. This place is up to date in tech. But man they are behind in organization. I've been here a year and had my 3rd appointment cancelation by them for staffing reasons. I can sympathize with that; but the attitude I get when I try to reschedule is completely unprofessional. Contemplating looking elsewhere
