If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my wife there and they totally screwed her over. First off there is zero privacy. Second they welcomed her in pretty much guaranteeing her insurance would take care of a deep cleaning. They wait until the day before the appointment and call to say bring $600.00 for the cleaning cause her insurance wasn't going to cover it. She said she would just go try somewhere else and they informed her that her insurance would only cover the xrays they had done for the year and they would not release her xrays to the next dentist. Sounds like a scam to me. If they do this to you the just pay for your own x-rays somewhere new and hope your insurance will cover the rest. 🚨DO NOT GO HERE!!🚨

Very disappointed at this place! Went in needing just a routine cleaning. They took X-rays and kept pushing a deep clean which my insurance turned down 3 times. So now they are telling me after waiting 4 months on a cleaning that I have to pay around 600$ or no cleaning. Why can’t you just get a regular cleaning at this place??? Also to mention once you go there a they take your X-rays a your insurance pays for it they won’t share the X-rays with another dentist. So now I have to try an find another dentist and pay my own X-rays. Very disappointed!!!

The dentist are very nice and explain things very well.
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. I have only had one issue and that's when I had a crown break on a front tooth and was told they are not a urgent treatment dentist. I explained I am a regular patient there and have an emergency. She wasn't helpful until I went to another dental office and they called them after that they worked me in. I haven't had any other issues there.

Exceptional first visit from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, X-rays were quick and easy, the hygienist was great, and Dr. Barrington was clear, professional, and personable. Molly at checkout was friendly and efficient. Thank you to Sydney, Kali, Dr. Barrington, Molly, and the front desk team. Apologies for any misspelled names or anyone I missed — the appreciation is sincere.

I was disappointed...several times. 4X to be exact.
The office set up allows no privacy when checking in and consulting about confidential information.
New to Frankfort, I only needed a periodontal maintenance cleaning.
This turned into a 3 month drama behind insurance.
No cleaning. No privacy. And a consequential ...refer out of office...deep cleaning due to lapse in time between cleanings!
OMG
DO NOT GO HERE FOR DENTAL CARE.
They are selling crowns only!!!

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Chemistry from Brigham Young University, is fluent in Spanish, and is a Lifetime Qualified Member of the Crown Council. Dr. Salow is from Ashland, Kentucky, and earned a Bachelor of Science in human nutrition from the University of Kentucky before dental school. She focuses on helping patients who feel self-conscious or nervous find a treatment plan that suits their needs.
