Dr. Smith and his team did a thorough exam and cleaning with care. He provided guidance and time to think about what I'd like to do moving forward. I would definitely recommend Moses Lake Family Dentistry.

From the minute I walk in I feel so welcome. Friendly front desk at check in. Always simple and never complicated. Hygienist makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Gentle while working in my mouth and carries light conversation to keep you at ease. Dr harder is friendly and makes me feel comfortable. He is calm, relaxed and not too hurried or slow. I always feel like it’s time well spent and never wasted. Thank you Dr Harder and Team!

Dr. Harder and staff are welcoming, polite, and friendly. Starting at the front office, I always feel known and welcomed when I arrive or call the office. My appointments are always on time, my insurance gets billed correctly, and any billing is completed promptly once insurance pays. The hygienist is always very gentle, but most importantly, she is patient with me. I have anxiety and she is understanding and waits for me to feel comfortable during the exams and procedures. I use nitrous and she waits to make sure the mask fits and stops if adjustments are needed even when it slows her progress. She is in the correct career choice in my opinion! Dr. Harder is very soft spoken and calm and he has a very gentle touch during exams and procedures. He answers all my questions and seems genuine in his care and interest in my health and wellbeing. I would not hesitate to recommend Moses Lake Family Dentistry!
