I can't speak highly enough about this office! Every single person I encountered from making my appointment to checking in and being seen by the hygienist and dentist was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Mike at the front desk is just the nicest person. He is welcoming and immediately worked on my behalf to get records from my previous dentist. No phone tag and frustration! He accomplished in seconds what I hadn't been able to in months. The hygienist and dentist were thorough and communicated with me clearly throughout the visit. They were both compassionate and gentle. I truly felt at ease and well cared for. The office was neat and clean. Thank you!!

My wife & I moved to area from Florida too hot and crowded. By God's grace we didnt have to wait 6 months as new patients, due to someone canceling, so very next day got a cleaning and general checkup, awesome. From the front desk person, to hygienist and doctor. Everything was explained, and very friendly and professional. Brianna did a thorough and good job dealing with my teeth which hadn't been professionally cleaned for a year. If you are looking for a dentist in the Mt city, Butler area, highly recommend.

Had my regular six month dental prophy done today. My first interaction was seeing how upbeat and energetic the front desk staff was when checking patients in and out. Especially considering it was a Monday morning. My hygienist Landry is thorough and yet gentle. She and the doctor both did intra/extraoral cancer screenings and called my attention to something I need to keep an eye on. They both take their time to listen to any concerns. The office is clean and modern and they are implementing the latest technology in caries detection and prevention. As a retired hygienist of 45 years I am alway confident and impressed with the care they offer

I recently had some dental work performed by Mountain City Dental. The Doctor and staff were very professional and competent. After just two visits my dental issues were resolved completely. For the work performed the cost was very reasonable . I highly recommend Mountain City Dental.

Needed an emergency tooth extraction after being in unbearable pain for over 24hrs (cracked wisdom tooth with exposed nerve). Showed up at their door at 8am with No appointment, No call, just unbearable pain. Was seen immediately, Dr Czajka gave me a nerve block as soon as he saw the Xray, and the tooth was out in less than a hour after arrival!!!! I can not give enough praise to Dr Czajka and all the staff. EXEMPLARY CARE!!!
