I was terrified of getting my wisdom tooth removed but the staff helped my anxiety so much with their kindness. The dentist and his assistant were better than I could have ever imagined. After leaving within 30 mins I had someone call checking on me and making sure I got my meds filled. They truly care here. Hands down the best dental procedure I ever had (I’ve had many) and will return for future dental work.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed here. The surgeon did a great job and I had no complications. However, I would say bedside manner is something everyone at this location needs to work on. I was originally scheduled a week earlier for the surgery. However, because I could not eat or drink anything after midnight and the surgery was scheduled for the early afternoon of the following day, I became very dehydrated. They could not get an IV started so they scheduled me out one week for an earlier appointment. The day of my surgery, little to nothing was explained to me. I felt extremely rushed. It was a Friday and I’m sure they wanted to get out of there early. However, as someone with anxiety and OCD, the hectic and rushed environment nearly gave me a panic attack. I tried to explain this to them, but was dismissed/ignored. I’m sure this is no big deal to them, very routine. However, that is not the case for their patients. They really need to take the patients feelings and emotions into consideration. Furthermore, I was told the week prior that I would not have any stitches. I came out of surgery with two stitches. Which is totally fine, I understand plan of care can change. However, my husband was not informed of this at all. We only found out about it the day after surgery when I could feel the stitches and my husband looked inside my mouth to confirm. All in all, an okay experience. Bedside manner really needs worked on though.

I had a tooth extracted today, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service! Between Bobbie and Brittany, I had wonderful help. The only thing that would’ve made this experience better would’ve been being at home! I say that because NO matter what I asked, they were at the ready! And Dr. Schubert was absolutely the best! He has a sense of humor 😂. But those two ladies were magnificent, in every way! They were quick to give me names and places where I could make this journey to the end. They ALL made me feel so comfortable. I wouldn’t think twice about going back, if necessary.

My daughter had a great experience at Mountain State! Everyone was very kind and professional, and took time to answer all her questions. Thank you, Caylyn, for going the extra mile! My daughter was very nervous going into this surgery-no one loves the thought of getting wisdom teeth extracted! From beginning to end, things ran smoothly. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing oral surgery!

The treatment that I have had with this office has been beyond the best , they welcome you in with open arms , make you feel so relaxed, and they are very concerned that things go well. Dr. Schubert is far the best with his kindness and concern with me as his patient. He to me would be a PERFECTIONIST with his dental implant work. The staff from the front desk to everyone in the back Chris and Brittany just made me feel at home an like family. I truly just love them all. I highly recommend Dr. Schubert and his staff at Mountain State. I rate everyone there with a 5 🌟..
