I can’t say enough good things about this place. They were the only place that would see my 83 year old mother right away when she had a dental emergency and was in pain. I wish I had the words to adequately express how wonderful they were to us. Everyone there was friendly, kind, caring, and professional. The doctors are highly qualified! You can go on their website and click on each doctor for a thorough biography. The staff is excellent! The office is run very smoothly and the wait time was minimal. We went to the Vinton location and live an hour away. The drive was definitely worth it. Our family will continue to use this facility. I highly recommend them!!!

From the front desk staff to the dental tech to the doctor, everyone was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. We never felt rushed and every concern and question was addressed, some even before we asked. My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed and the procedure was fairly quick. He’s on day 3 post op and he hasn’t really had a lot of pain or bleeding due to the care given during the procedure and medications prescribed for afterwards. Overall, it’s all been way better than expected and I would recommend Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery Vinton.

Dr. Green is amazing - truly. I have never had such a fast, painless extraction. He's like a master at this. And Courtney, his assitant, was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I have always dreaded tooth extractions, but no more. I will never use another oral surgeon now that I know it can be done so expertly with no suffering.

Mountain State is absolutely a great place to come for your oral surgery, as well as other dental issues. I recently had IV sedation for oral surgery and everything went absolutely amazing. The staff were super friendly and explained the process of everything very well. Dr. Lee did not rush me at all, and answered all of my questions in detail, making sure that I thoroughly understood each thing that we talked about. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lee or anyone at Mountain State for your oral surgery needs. I have suffered with severe TMJ pain for years and it has given me some very severe dental anxiety, but I never once felt anxious during my visit. Everyone made sure that I was super comfortable. I am so glad to have found this place and will definitely be back for the rest of my dental work.

Hi I’m literally just leaving them less than 8 hours ago from getting 7(4wisdom) teeth removed. They are AMAZING. They are also fast and safe with the extractions procedure. I will be returning for any future procedures and recommending others as well.
