Dr. Adam was so friendly and kind and caring to my son as he got his wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Adam explained everything before proceeding with the extraction. His assistant, Brian was the best at obtaining an IV site quickly and painlessly which was my son’s biggest concern going into the procedure since he had a bad experience in the past with IV site placement elsewhere. Madison made my son and I feel welcome and cared for as we were preparing for the procedure. The staff and doctor were so caring and supportive along with being knowledgeable. I highly recommend this team!

I had numerous teeth removed by Dr Gainford last fall in preparation for dentures. Dr Gainford was very concerned about my comfort as I was fairly nervous. He made the surgery easy and pain free. He’s knowledgeable and friendly as are the assistants and office staff. It’s easy to contact them by phone and they fit you in right away! I definitely recommend Mountain Valley Oral and Facial Surgery!

Outstanding care from start to finish. The doctor here is not only highly skilled, but genuinely compassionate—something that truly sets this practice apart.
What impressed me most was the personal attention. The doctor actually texted me for over a month after my procedure to check in on my recovery. That level of follow-up and concern is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of care they provide.
The entire experience felt patient-focused, professional, and reassuring. I never felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly and thoughtfully.
If you’re looking for an oral and facial surgeon who combines expertise with real human care, this is absolutely the place. Highly recommend.

Was nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out. Day of the operation they were all very kind and sweet. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. They put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. The staff there were exceptional. They did a fantastic job with my teeth, even though they were apparently very difficult to get out. Minimal to no pain and a very quick recovery! Really appreciate them and their help! Thanks!

Good energy, good people, very helpful with new patients. Very quick and accommodating. Every single person in that building was friendly and very accommodating on my comfort. I got 2 wisdom teeth pulled and i think they did a fantastic job on getting me in and getting me out. 10/10 recommend if you’re needing teeth extracted.
