I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Mountainside Dental Group at their Rancho Mirage office. From the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and genuine care of the entire team.
Darlene at the front desk made me feel welcome immediately with her friendly, efficient, and professional service. Vicky, the X-ray technician, was kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick, easy, and comfortable. Lori, my hygienist, provided one of the most thorough yet gentle cleanings I’ve ever had, checking in throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Tosh completed my examination with exceptional professionalism, taking the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and ensure I understood my treatment options without ever making me feel rushed.
What stood out most was the team’s commitment to exceptional patient care. Every person I encountered was courteous, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to making my visit as comfortable and positive as possible.
If you’re looking for a dental practice that combines outstanding customer service with first-class dental care, I highly recommend Mountainside Dental Group. They’ve earned my complete trust and my highest recommendation. Five stars all the way!

Just moved to the Rancho Mirage area, and choosing a new dentist is always a little nerve-racking. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist, and both my hygienist and dentist were outstanding. They were professional, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease. By the end of my first appointment, I knew I had found my new dental office. I highly recommend Mountainside Dental to anyone looking for exceptional care. They will definitely be an important part of my healthcare team going forward. Thank you for making my first visit such a positive experience!

I don’t usually write reviews for doctors, especially dentists, but I felt I had to this time.
Monica first told me how great their dental office is and even invited me to stop by. I didn’t go at first, but looking back, I wish I had. Not many dentists take the time to do that. When I finally came in, she was incredibly kind.
Vicky helped me with my X-rays and she was great. After that, I met Dr. Castillo. He was the most understanding and kind dentist I’ve met in some time, and I felt comfortable with him right away.
I might need some dental work, but he told me we didn’t have to decide right away and could wait to see how things go. That made me trust him even more.
Lori, the dental hygienist, was also wonderful. I left without worrying about a big co-pay, which I really appreciated.
Overall, this was the best dental experience I’ve had in a long time, and I’ve had quite a few.

I find MountainSide dental a pleasant experience. Very efficient and clean, all of the employees are very nice. I got a great cleaning today, and have had crown work done there, again, very efficient.

It was my first visit- so X-rays, cleaning and then time with Dr Tosh. He is kind, and we discussed a plan for what is needed. Lori is a fantastic hygienist - thank you.
Game changer is Darlene at the front desk, so wonderful, packed with patience and no hidden surprises! Thanks for a wonderful cleaning and I’ll see you in a few weeks.
