My daughter went to the office in 2021 and absolutely loved her dentist after going there. They decided she would go to Sky Ortho to have her braces put on so after a couple of years putting on braces getting them taken off and removed and getting a cleaning to finish it up we immediately had a toothache and called my dentist again. My daughter was so happy to go back to the office that once directed her to have these beautiful teeth that she now has, but this time we get a surprise when we call they tell us they can no longer accept our insurance sooner care. They scheduled us for January 13 all the way back in December I gave them my new phone number to the answering service The answering service scheduled her the answering service updated my phone number and then like I said, we waited..On the 13th I realized it was her appointment time and I had got no phone reminders about it coming up and I had waited a month so I called to say I’m so sorry I think we’re late to our appointment But when I called she said we no longer take your insurance and I’m sorry we didn’t have your phone number and I’m sorry they weren’t supposed to schedule you because you have sooner care so basically they scheduled me knowing I had sooner care and was their old patient but they weren’t supposed to. They updated my phone number in the system. They said they did but they did not and because my daughter had a cleaning at Sky Ortho after she got her braces done she wasn’t allowed to come back because it wasn’t a cleaning with them for two years. I don’t know about anybody else but we aren’t as quick to pay $5000 any quicker than the years that we did .. I’m a single Mother and I try to make sure that I do what I say I’m going to do and my daughter really loved that Office and wanted to go back but it’s just a shame because they could have worked out a cleaning or worked it out simehow bc she was busy getting braces on-because of her being an old patient and because they made mistakes not updating my phone number when they said they would not telling me they no longer took soonercare and scheduled me anyways . It is a shame, a real shame that people want to continue in an office where they are no longer allowed because they didn’t get a cleaning fast enough or weren’t reminded, system failure not ours- some people have a busy schedule and they rely on those phones reminders they should have been more kind and had better communication with their people to get things updated and to get letters or reminders sent out properly and if they had a wrong phone number to not have their answering service say they will do things when they will not it’s unfair to the kids, especially since we were a little busy with the ortho office they sent us too. Had I received a letter saying “time for a cleaning” I would have gladly called rather than waiting for an appointment that wasn’t happening. Im really saddened at how the situation was handled and how they discarded her like they could care less. It wasn’t kind. It wasn’t professional. I couldn’t believe I was trying to fight for a dentist that has no remorse or compassion for a 16 year old girl that is getting refused bc of errors on the girls part in the office and on the answering service. That wasnt her fault and respectively could have been handled a Lot nicer with all due respect, they never asked if I would like to pay for a visit or if i had other insurance- i guess they assumed sooner care didnt have the money or the ability to even be given options.

Had my wisdom teeth pulled in 2012, no issues and just had an emergency tooth pulled Friday by Tom (idr last name) HE WAS SO GENTLE & thoughtful. Anyone that has anxiety or a fear, go see him. He & his assistant Nina are absolutely worth seeing.

This was my first time at My Dentist to get my teeth cleaned. I had no wait time before my name was called to go on back. My teeth cleaning session was very thorough and each procedure was explained to me as the hygienist worked away. The admn asst/ receptionist and insurance manager at the front desk were equally as nice when I was leaving. My teeth look and feel great.

I would like to commend Doctor Omeara on his ability to ability to provide numbing agents with very little pain. It's the one procedure that keeps me away from the dentist's chair. And Shelby is a wonderful and very professional Dental Assistant. She has a tenor voice and speaks with enough volume that I could hear and understand every single word she said. This carries such huge value for especially seniors with limited hearing ability. I would like Shelby on all my future appointments.
Lastly, I like to thank the front desk staff for their prompt and courteous assistance. My check in and out was very timely.
Doctor Omeara was able to use techniques to remove my cavities and nerve pains while keeping costs reasonable. That made this dentist visit the best dental experience I can remember having in my life!

While I am thankful for how kind all of the staff was, it felt like I was being sold botox the entire time I was there. Apparently Dr. Moody recently learned how to administer them, and though I recognize they have their place in medicine (particularly with relaxing muscles), the idea was mentioned no less than four times in the span of my thirty minute appointment. It's also apparent that they're being administered cosmetically more than medically at this practice, as evidenced by the signs posted everywhere that say something along the lines of, "I hope your day is as smooth as your forehead. #botoxdealer" Additionally, I was told about dental issues I have never been informed of from my other dentist, and when I pushed back a little to say I did not want to receive an optional procedure due to lack of pain or issue my feelings as a patient were challenged and disregarded instead of validated. If I truly need that procedure, I would have appreciated them educating me on my options instead of brushing off what I said and scheduling me to see a specialist anyway. If you love this practice then I am glad, and I don't want to discourage you from continuing your care. However, if you are new, these are the things you can expect.
