I've been going to Dr. Patel for years. What I love about him and his staff is that they are truly there for you, especially in an emergency. I called his office yesterday morning because I had been suffering the pain of 2 broken teeth All weekend. He was able to see me 20 minutes after I called. I was in & out in under 40 minutes. He performed 2 molar extraction painlessly. My appointment was at 12:00 noon by 12:40 pm I was on my way out the door. Dr. Patel & his staff have ALWAYS been friendly and treated me with dignity & respect. His new office on D st is absolutely beautiful and state of the art. I would recommend into anybody especially if you're scared or don't want to experience pain this doctor is the man to see he is a beautiful soul and loves what he does and his staff are so friendly and pleasant it's a wonderful atmosphere very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you Dr. Patel, you are truly a blessing and a Master of Dentistry.

I had such an amazing experience at this dental office. From calling and hearing a smile on the other end and inquiring about same day treatment to entering the front doors and being greeted and attended to by the front staff, to the Assistant, then of course the Dentist. My experience was a 20/10. I came in as an emergency patient in pain due to a cracked tooth. They worked me into their schedule, not promising me anything less than a consultation. Well, after that initial consultation, same day treatment was provided and the Dr. pulled that tooth out like nobody's business. When I tell you the relief I felt at this dental office because they wanted to help and not pick my pocket. RELIEF! I know not all extractions are simple, but this Dr. Made it out to be and with a bedside manner that is to be APPRECIATED. I was in the Dental field for 23 years, and this office provides awesome listening skills, a compassion to the patient- that most offices now lack- due to over booking patients and they make you want to come back and make them your home office. Great Job Team! And Thank you so much for caring. You've Made a long time patient out of me 馃槉馃憤

I went in without an appointment and was seen almost right away, just had to fill out the requisite paper work. Dr. Patel did the extractions I wanted that day, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Second visit just as good as the first but this time I had an appointment so no paperwork. Everyone is just so friendly and the office is open and bright. Third visit was great too. Got my dentures today, Dr Patel was very patient and made sure the fit was good. I鈥檒l go back for the final fit after my gums get used to them. Highly recommended dentist , very friendly staff.

Dr.Patel should be awarded the honor of excellence!
He is kind, soft spoken, NEVER in a rush, understanding, empathetic and precise, he definitely enjoys his job because it shows. He鈥檚 honest, and truthful, looks at all avenues to help your individual situation both financially and physically, he has an in office lab to bring cost down. I did great with him and I brought my father to get dentures with him and I referred my daughter to get her two front teeth done with him only. He truly is a diamond in the rough.Love the whole office staff very down to earth and professional.

My Dentist and Orthodontist is a family and cosmetic dental practice at 234 N. D Street in San Bernardino, California, serving patients from San Bernardino, Loma Linda, Colton, and the surrounding Inland Empire. The practice was started in 2000 by Dr. Sanjay V. Patel with a mission of giving San Bernardino patients quality, affordable dental care. For patients with missing teeth, the office offers dental implants, which are small titanium posts placed in the jawbone that can support crowns, bridges, or dentures, as well as implant-retained dentures that are held in place by four implants per arch. The practice also provides full and partial dentures and flippers, and its oral surgery services include tooth extractions and wisdom teeth removal.
Beyond tooth replacement, the office covers general dentistry such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, and bridges, along with cosmetic treatments including veneers, Lumineers, dental bonding, and teeth whitening. Orthodontic care with Six Month Smiles, root canal therapy, periodontal (gum) care, and custom mouthguards and night guards round out the services. The practice describes its dental implant process as starting with a comprehensive evaluation, including X-rays, to confirm a patient is a good candidate, and its website notes that Dr. Patel may recommend implant-retained dentures for patients with no remaining natural teeth who still have enough healthy jawbone. Meet the Doctors
The practice is owned by Dr. Sanjay V. Patel, DDS, who earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside and his dental degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1996. He has provided cosmetic and general dentistry to Inland Empire patients since then and founded My Dentist in 2000. The clinical team also includes two oral surgeons, Dr. M.H. Kweider, DDS, a 2000 graduate of Loma Linda's oral and maxillofacial surgery program who focuses on wisdom teeth removal, and Dr. Frederick Johnson, Jr., who graduated with honors from Meharry Medical College in Nashville in 2000 and spent six years with the United States Public Health Service. Dr. Joseph Shim, an associate dentist and Loma Linda Dental School graduate, completes the doctor team.
