Everone was very personable and took me through the process of being a new patient including checking with my insurance and letting me know what the ins would pay for and how much it will cost me. Dr. Tom did a thorough exam and we worked out a plan for my dental work that was better than I anticipated. I would highly recommend this practice

I cannot say enough good things about this entire office! Ive been putting off a deep cleaning for years due to the fear that other dentists have told me its painful. Not here! Olivia did amazing on my cleaning she is a perfectionist and it shows i don't have any plaque other tartar left my teeth have never been and looked cleaner! She made sure to always make sure I was comfortable during the process absolutely love her! As for Dr. Tom....WOW this dentist is beyond brilliant. I needed a crown and a veneer on my two front teeth as they've been bonded my entire adult life. His work is STELLAR you guys!!!!! He made them look so natural i can't stop looking at them in the mirror! I also had an eye tooth (tooth next to front one) that stuck out past the front teeth and Dr. Tom was able to make the crown and veneer line up in a way that my eye tooth doesn't look like its sticking out!!!!!! What an amazing dentist! Again can't say enough good things about these guys. After 45 years Dr Tom gave me a smile worth smiling about. Im no longer embarrassed about my teeth. Thank you all at my ontario dentist! You guys are absolutely amazing!!!!!!! 馃檶

I would advise anyone who goes to them make sure the dentist you get is in network with your insurance provider because of what happened to me I won鈥檛 be going back I went in to have my teeth checked out after having a crown placed on a year back and I had an abscess and had to have a root canal done they give me a referral to another place I鈥檓 thinking ok that鈥檚 fine but what I didn鈥檛 know was is that at the time of my appointment the provider they gave me was out of network so due to there mistake I鈥檓 stuck with a 126.00 dollar bill that I can鈥檛 pay for due to being on a fixed income. So I would advise people to make sure that the provider that they have on call that day is in network with your insurance company

Do not trust these people. They are not honest. They do not communicate and then looked shocked when you ask questions. They say they sent me invoices (never received one). Say my insurance didnt cover my procedure, but never contacted me. Also my insurance never contacted me. Which makes me think they never even ran it through. Had me listed as having a secondary insurance, which I have NEVER had. Months ago I booked an appointment, was never brought up that I had a balance. Showed up today and they said they couldn't take me because I had a balance then told me they sent it to COLLECTIONS! I called the collections company, my $800 bill turned into 1022 and the collection agency said it was submitted to them YESTERDAY! The dentist office never sent me a bill, never called me about a balance, and never mentioned it while I scheduled a cleaning. I was provided a copy of the last bill they "mailed" and no where on it says first/second/ final notice before being sent to collections. They are either scamming people or are completely incompetent. Its a true shame because they use to be a good dentist but they are relying on a third party billing system which is making them look like shame and joke of an office and then not taking any responsibility for the mistakes that are being made. Just a bunch of "I dont knows" and shoulder shrugs. Don't trust them.

After another friend also had a bad experience recently I have decided to post a review. From the billing department to the dentist I had nothing but a bad experience at this practice. Due to the amount of x-rays taken at the beginning, I stayed for longer than I should have. I should have left after one of my first visits when they billed my husbands name to the insurance instead of mine. (He was NOT a patient there). The final straw was them sending a Referral to an oral surgeon that stated the incorrect tooth to be extracted. Would NOT recommend.
