I never write negative reviews because while I have had unsatifying events, none have been rude, unprofessional and downright disgusting. I scheduled and attended a consultation with Dr. D'Amico at Naples Dental in Naples FL for a full mouth top and bottom dentures. He explained his procedure quite clearly and almost immediately his assistant Jazmine had a printed plan with details and costs. I am surmising since he has been doing this work for many years, he has boiler plated solutions...no problem there. I did ask if there was flexibility in his estimated cost and I was told NO with exclamation marks!!!. I had been checking about dental insurance and found dental plans that participate in this kind of whole mouth reconstruction. I called Jszmine back, told her that I would buy insurance in which the dentist participated and would need a detailed plan submitted to the insurance carrier which is standard practice.. I told her that would help with costs which I needed. She said "great". END OF TOTAL CONTACT. I called the next day to request a plan for predetermination for my insurance provider and asked many questions, most of which she could answer if not fully, then partially. I called for 5 consecutive work days leaving 2-3 messages a day. NO RETURN CALLS. I called a 6th time, a 7th time, left messages. NO RETURN CALL. If this was the way the office operated can uou imagine if you needed help in an emergency. THIS IS ABOMINABLE PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICE, enough to file a claim with the dental oversight state board. I did not do that nor will I do that. Perhaps the dentist and his assistant are not above board and resent questions. Perhaps they did not want to have a patient who makes herself well informed and able to ask questions. I did my due diligence and research online thoroughly with the help of AI and contacts with dentist friends in the general field. Obviously I would not use this office for a mosquito bite. I write this inspite of 200+ positive reviews. We are not dealing with inexpensive or minor surgery. BUYER BEWARE! Make sure you know as much as possible up front and choose carefully your provider. NO to Dr. D'Amico, Naples Dental Care, 4325 Tamiami tr. Naples FL. Good luck in your quest. There ARE other dentists who do the same work who treat you as a person!!!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Naples Dental Care with Dr. D’Amico, Jazmin and team. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail truly made me feel at ease. From the warm welcome to the thorough explanation of my treatment plan, everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Love this office! Dr. DiAmico does fabulous work, answered all my questions, and gave me his undivided attention. LOVED Jasmine! She is so kind & sweet. The office is very lucky to have her.

I had a horrible experience with Dr Elio Damico and his Office representative Jazmin. It has been a complete nightmare for me since July 29 2025. They need to refund me more than $5000 and they refused to do so. Even though I gave Jasmin my insurance information the day of treatment, she made me sign a treatment plan for $8206 for a root canal and crown and a crown in another tooth, knowingly I was insured and in network. She told me that my insurance only covered $1000 of my total so I ended up paying $7206 out of pocket on the same day . I was very naive being my first time using dental insurance, and I didn't know Dr Damico is bound by contract to offer you the negotiated fees. She didn't submit my claim for two months until I asked her to. She might call you " my love " or " mami " if you are Latina, or " sweety " but that's only a way of manipulation. They are refusing to acknowledge letters from my grivance letter to my insurance provider where they are asking this dental office to refund me . Please be aware, ask for a pre estimate and an itemized bill. They charged me $1100 for expediting my crowns which it was not true since I waited a month to have my permanent crowns. Be aware of the scam and don't be as naive as I was . Believe me when I say it has been 9 months dealing with this issue, they do not answer my phone calls or emails and Jazmin told me "she would call the police if I go to their office again." As of today, I haven't been refunded the money Dr Elio Damico owes me. Be aware and be smarter than I was. GOD BLESS YOU.

I am deeply disappointed in the services provided by this provider. At first glance they appear to be very nice and accommodating, but that is totally false impression. They misrepresent their services from the very beginning. As soon as one signs their contract for a fee agreement and services, they start to break their contract. 1. They fail to disclose that their fee structure does not include adjustments on their dentures. They charge for every adjustment visit. We all know new dentures will need adjustments! 2. The quality of their work is non-existent. My lower denture broke in half and my upper denture wore through out while I was in the Northeast recovering from open-heart surgery. I had to pay for repairs and then have new dentures made by another provider. 3. They do not respond to calls or e-mails once they perceive a customer is dissatisfied. I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this company. They are deceitful and incompetent.
