This was my first dental visit and I lost the anxiety of going to the Dentist after talking with Dr. Cottrill. He takes the time to EXAMINE and EXPLAIN what is going on with your entire mouth in a consultation! He also presented me with viable options that would work with my lifestyle and answered all my questions. I also have to add that he has a PHENOMENAL staff who knows what they are doing! Recently became a new patient to Dr.Cottrill per recommendation from wife who’s been a 10 year plus patient of Dr.Cottrill. I felt that my past dentist after 10years became to eager to sell unnecessary treatments. Dr.Cottrill has been very honest with my treatments and checkups. If you want honest, friendly and great cleaning as well as any dental treatments go see Dr.Cottrill and his great staff at Nashville Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry. I highly recommend staying away from the many fancy corporate driven dentistry we see so much advertising for.

My husband and I just visited Dr. Roach this morning for our yearly cleaning, and we had an wonderful experience with Chelsea and Dr. Cable who took care of us in Dr. Riggs absence.
They both Chelsea and Dr. Cable did an awesome job: took enough time to perform our exams, did a great cleaning very gentle and carefully.
We live in GA, and travel to TN for my consultation with Dr. Riggs because we do not trust other dentist. We have been their patient for about 10 years.

I never imagined my teeth would look this amazing. I am so grateful to have found these professionals. I have a whole new life since my first visit to the office and words on a review won’t ever be able to reflect this. My teeth were in such horrible condition and the staff never had one negative reaction or prognosis - they just reiterated that I was going to love my new teeth and they were right. They called after each procedure to genuinely make sure I was okay and to check on me. Dr. Cottrill is an artist. And he chose a perfect staff. I am forever grateful.

This is a great dental practice! Dr. Cottrill is a phenomenal dentist who really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. When I had a defective implant a few years ago, he just changed it out. All the office personnel are very friendly and helpful. Also, having your teeth cleaned there is great. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Meet the Doctors
Adam Cottrill, DMD, is the dentist at Nashville Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. Dr. Cottrill graduated from a six-year dental program at Case Western Reserve University and then served four years on active duty in the U.S. Army, where he gained additional training in complex restorations, root canals, oral surgery, implants, crowns, bridges, and sedation dentistry. He later joined prosthodontist and dental implant pioneer Dr. Ronald LuBovich in Nashville, where he trained in advanced prosthodontics, dental lab techniques, and complex implant surgery before taking over the practice. Dr. Cottrill continues to run the practice's private in-office dental lab, one of the first in Tennessee, where he works alongside master technicians and personally designs and quality-checks the most complex cosmetic cases.
