Dr. Bates is 100% patient-centered. He is thorough in his assessment, and, because of this, found an issue which warranted immediate attention. Interestingly, he may also have unintentionally solved another issue which has eluded other providers for well over a year… We’ll see! At any rate, I am very happy with the care I have (and continue to receive) from Dr. Bates.
I also want to offer a huge, “Thank You!” to the front desk staff. All medical offices need a solid front line— people who are competent, compassionate, and go above and beyond to get patients scheduled in a timely manner. The girls at the front desk are absolute rockstars, and my sincere thanks to each one who helped me get the care I needed— quickly.
As a future PA-C, I highly recommend Dr. Bates and this staff. They are all about patient care— physically and emotionally. Keep up the great work!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Bates for my wisdom teeth removal! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was at ease, and the procedure itself went smoothly.
Recovery has been much easier than I expected, and I really appreciate how gentle and professional he was throughout the whole process. The staff were also super friendly and supportive.
If you are nervous about getting your wisdom teeth out, I highly recommend Dr. Bates he made the whole experience stress free.

Dr Bates was amazing! The nurse in recovery and the ice cream were great! The recovery instructions were easy to follow. The office was welcoming and comfortable! Great experience for myself as the parent and my teenager as the patient.

Love this office and my experience as a whole thus far. I had a full arch done and 8 extractions. I got my estimate in Sept 2024 and surgery last week and the estimate was honored. Staff is amazing and kind and while the price was high, it was comparable to anyone else. Its just an expensive procedure. Dr. Rieck is kind, direct and available when I had questions. Even quick to respond to a personal text.

I really appreciate everyone who worked with us yesterday. Every person we interacted with was friendly, helpful and most importantly present. We never felt "rushed" and were encouraged to ask questions. My son was the one receiving treatment, and they made sure to include him in the discussion pre treatment. Many thanks to your team for an excellent experience!
