I had an outstanding experience at Needham Oral Surgery & Implant Center. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. My oral surgeon was truly exceptional. She removed my tooth with incredible skill, and the entire procedure was smooth, comfortable, and much easier than I expected. Throughout the procedure, she kept checking on me to make sure I was doing well and was comfortable every step of the way. Her kindness, patience, compassion, and professionalism made all the difference. It is rare for me to speak this highly about someone, but she truly earned my trust and respect. She is not only an outstanding surgeon but also a genuinely caring person who treats her patients with kindness, dignity, and respect. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience a very positive one. Because of the excellent care I received, I will absolutely return to her for my dental implant and any future oral surgery I may need. I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding care I received and highly recommend Needham Oral Surgery & Implant Center to anyone looking for exceptional oral surgery care. Thank you for treating me with such compassion, professionalism, and expertise. You truly deserve five stars!

Top Notch. Honestly, I'd give 1 million stars if I could. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Dr. Kim and Needham Oral Surgery by way of a google search after my general dentist told me there was nothing else she could do for me. I'm 40. That's not something I thought would hear so soon. From the first call to my final appointment (and EVERYTHING in between), I felt safe, seen, and understood. Dr. Kim and her team have this incredible way of making you feel calm from the moment you walk through the door. You're not a number or a monetary value. You are a person and they care about you and the full picture. I was asked what advice I would give a future patient who may be on the fence due to cost, fear, etc, and it's this: It's ok to be scared. It's definitely an investment given the cost. But, don't let that fear keep you from walking through their door. Dr. Kim and team will change your life. I will forever be a self-proclaimed hype girl for Dr. Kim, Brini, Mo and Needham Oral Surgery!

JUST GO FOR IT! I can’t say enough great things about the team at Needham Oral Surgery. From the first consultation with Brini to the final appointment with Dr. Kim and Mo, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. My All-on-X teeth look incredible. What impressed me most is how natural they look and feel. I wanted a smile that looked like my own teeth, and that’s exactly what I got. The results have given me a level of confidence I haven’t had in years. Dr. Kim is OUTSTANDING. She treated me like family from day one and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.Brini made the financial side of everything incredibly easy. Mo was fantastic from surgery day to my final appointment, she always took the time to answer my questions, explain what to expect, and make me feel comfortable every step of the way. A huge thank you to Kate, the lab technician. Her attention to detail is amazing, I had many requests for my smile design and she played a huge role in making them exactly how I imagined. The entire Needham Oral Surgery team made me feel valued and cared for every step of the way. If you're considering All-on-X treatment, I highly recommend Dr. Kim and her team. The results have truly changed my life, and I couldn't be happier with my new smile!!!!

Dr. Kim is highly professional oral surgeon , patient, and reassuring. She is very responsible, and her work is outstanding and of a very high standard. She has excellent bedside manner, treating patients with genuine kindness, respect, and calm reassurance that immediately puts them at ease. The clinic is equipped with the most modern, advanced technology, and she performs dental treatments/surgeries at the highest level. Beyond her professional expertise, she is also a kind, caring, and genuinely dedicated person who makes patients feel safe and well cared for. Mo is Dr. Kim’s surgical dental assistant and her second hand. She is highly professional, precise, and charismatic, and she knows her job very well. She is pleasant, warm, and always helpful, and she is willing to go above and beyond in providing support and assistance. She is also very attentive to detail and responsive to the needs of both the doctor and the patient, which contributes greatly to the smooth and efficient workflow in the clinic. She helps create a calm, pleasant, and comfortable atmosphere throughout the clinic. Kate from the lab is kind and was willing to adjust the teeth color as much as needed to my satisfaction. She is very patient, kind, and friendly, and she performs her work with persistence, precision, and accuracy. She is also cooperative and attentive, ensuring that the final result meets the patient’s expectations as closely as possible.

Got my wisdom teeth removed and there were zero complications. Super easy, was in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Kim and the dental assistants were great and are very experienced. Thank you all for a great surgery!
