I have never met a dentist I truly liked... until today. From the moment I walked in, the RDA was incredibly sweet, friendly, and immediately put me at ease. I was honestly shocked she wasn't the dentist because she was so knowledgeable and reassuring. Then I met Tommy, and somehow he was just as amazing! I don't know how that's possible, but his wit and humor helped me relax, and he explained everything clearly as we went through the exam. This was everything I've ever wanted in a dental experience: clear communication, zero judgment, and a team that had obviously taken the time to review my file and understand my anxiety about dental visits. I felt heard, respected, and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. For the first time, I'm actually not dreading my next visit. Highly recommend!

Over my years believe me when I say I have been to many dentists. I must say that the Nelsen Denistry is above and beyond. From the time you walk in the door, where you are greeted by a wonderful staff at the front desk, to the time you leave you, you know you came to the right place for your dental care. You will leave with the confidence and contentment that you were treated well from the assistant to the dentist. Dr John will explain everything that needs to be done and of course will answer any questions you might have. I was also impressed that all the employees seem content and happy, which to me tells me about the atmosphere in the office. But I will say that what it all comes down to is this…was your dental work done to your satisfaction, for me the answer is unequivocally “yes.” The rest just makes dealing with dental issues the best it can be. Thank you Nelsen Denistry.

The best experience I've ever had with a Dental office! The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. They went above and beyond what I could have imagined. Madeline was very sweet and attentive to my needs throughout the procedure, Dr John has a great "chair side" manner and very communicative during the entire process, and the staff went out of their way to acknowledge me and expressed concern for my comfort. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs! Very grateful I was referred to this office!

I went to see dr John for the first time this week at Nelson family dentistry. I went in to have a new crown made. I had been having issues with my bite due to a bridge that I had from a couple years prior. The staff were all friendly and competent. They made a crown while I waited and dr John addressed the issue I had been suffering from for two years. I can’t express how thankful I am for the extra attention he provided. I am now able to bite down without the multiple high spots causing pain and discomfort. I had been seeing the dentist for over three years that had installed the bridge and he never addressed the bite issue that had been making my daily life miserable. Thank you so much dr John.

Nelsen Family Dentistry is the best! It really does feel like a family when you visit. I have, consistently, been treated with respect and compassion. Every employee I’ve encountered, from the front desk to Dr. John himself, has been extremely pleasant and professional. I highly recommend!
