HIGHLY RECOMMEND After moving to BG I did not have a local dentist so when I had a semi-emergency situation, over a weekend, of course, I was thankful when Liz, at Neville Dental Bowling Green location, called almost immediately after using their online contact page on Monday morning. As I would be a new patient, I did not expect to hear they could see me the next day at noon. It was clear they could see me immediately if I couldn’t wait until the next day. Let me say I don’t pick dentists willie-nillie, and did my research before making contact to make sure, as much as possible, they were not “affiliated” with a DSO (dental service organization) such as Heartland, MB2 or any other private equity DSO’s. (Google DSOs for more on that). Dr. Bale, and the entire staff, was very friendly, compassionate and personable. It was clear they cared about my wellbeing and getting me relief as fast as possible. They immediately focused on my issue of the moment, got me fixed up and out the door. I was not pressured in any way for an extensive exam that includes a, sometimes outlandish, treatment plan as with many dental clinics these days, especially those affiliated with DSOs. I also noted the financing option they offer is NOT CareCredit (a service with dubious reputation) which is another plus! I know I have some treatment that needs attention and will be following up with Neville and Dr. Bale to complete that very soon. I appreciated the follow up phone call to make sure I was doing well after my visit and the emphasis on calling them if I needed anything whatsoever. Thank you to Dr. Bale and the entire staff at Neville Dental’s Bowling Green location!

If you’re looking for a dental studio that has a down to earth, welcoming atmosphere from the time you walk in until you’re walking out the door, this is your location! Everyone I’ve met is full of compassion, respectful, and not going to rush you out the chair or make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to their day. In detail explained my treatment plan, made sure I was okay with it, on top of helped me adjust to what better worked for me, personally. From my pre-teen, to my teen, to myself, we plan to visit this location as long as it has this staff! We adore Liz, Maddie, Ashley & Dr. Bale oh so much! ❤️

Dr. Grant and the entire staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We moved to Tennessee in 2021 and have been driving up to Indianapolis ever since for our teeth cleaning because we loved our dentist there. Friends of ours told us about Neville Dental Studio in Bowling Green, so we made the switch and love that we did! They made us feel like family!

I had an old filling/tooth break and needed a dentist in BG. I chose Neville Dental Studio after visiting their booth at the Health and Wellness Fair. I am very pleased with my choice. The office was clean, staff was friendly, and they did a great job getting me an immediate appt, and fixing me up with a crown. Already made plans to use Dr. Grant Bale and his staff for my future dental needs.

I highly recommend this dental office. I had been dealing with two abscessed molars for a week I finally gave in and called in a Monday morning. They were able to see me that same day I have dental anxiety and they made me feel very at ease. I was seen by Dr. Grant Bale who explained in detail what my options were and discussed my treatment plan. There was absolutely no pressure at all. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.
