The Portuguese girl who cleaned my teeth did an amazing excellent job 👍😁, like no one else has done before 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, will see her for as long as I can. All the staff is kind and attentive to all needs and accomodations, from appointment to X-ray.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I waited almost two months for my appointment, and before coming in I was told that I did not need to bring my insurance card, only a clearance from my other doctor because I was going to pay out of pocket for the appointment. When I arrived, they suddenly told me I needed my insurance card. I went and got it and came back about 20 minutes later, but then they told me they could not see me at all. After waiting nearly two months, I was turned away because of information their office failed to give me correctly. I understand offices have policies, but the communication was very poor and I feel my time was completely wasted. Patients should be told exactly what documents they need before their appointment, especially when they have been waiting that long to be seen.

I had a great experience with Dr. Catalina I have really bad dental anxiety from childhood experiences and I also have autism my consult was supposed to be a same day but that appointment was used to get familiar with the environment and her team. She had me bring headphones and a comfort item from home the day of and I didn’t need either one. I have never met another dentist with such great bed side manor then her I really needed this tooth out and she had the patience to sit and explain to make me more comfortable. I will be going back to her for other extractions Thank you so much for caring great team at this location.

I Will Definitely Be Back For All My Dental Work ! 😊 This Is Such A Great Dentist Office, it’s Extremely Clean & Neat ! The People Who Work Here Are Wonderful , I Can Definitely See That They Definitely Love ❤️ Their Job from The Receptionists To The Dental Hygienists & Dentists ! The Dental Hygienist “Karime” That Had Done My Deep Cleaning Was Amazing ! 😊 She Did Such a Great Job on My Gums & Teeth ! I Didn’t Feel Any pain @ All ! She Is A Very Compassionate & Caring Person , asking if I Was Alright & Making Sure That I was Comfortable ! I Have Never Had Such A Great Experience Like I Have Had Here ! I Am No Longer Afraid To Go To The Dentist 🦷 ! They Have Definitely Taking My Fears & Worries away ! same day care , got me right in for an emergency visit . The ladies at the front desk are extremely kind & very helpful . The dentist was very informative, the dental assistant was great as well . Looking forward to going back for my extractions .
