Dr. Smith is always so kind, friendly, and honest. She never tries to upsell anything and does exactly what I came for. Micaela is a wonderful hygenist and my teeth are never sore after she cleans them. Lori is their new office manager and is wonderful. She is well versed in the dental industry and explains everything. She works her insurance magic to get you the best rate to keep your costs down, Is always pleasant on the phone and in person and is generally a happy person. Finally, a professional office from the front staff to the back.

NB Dental Arts has been our family dental office since arriving to TX. The front desk is always pleasant and the dental staff very professional. I never experience long wait time pass my appointment, as a busy mom this is a huge for me! I highly recommend NB Dental Arts!

The dental hygienist was amazing , took her time and was very gentle with my teeth . I have extra sensitive teeth and she did awesome. The Dr is pretty chill, she is easy going and down to earth . She is patient with my sensitivity in my mouth and does a really nice job with my cavity fills when I need them. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new dentist 馃Ψ

I cannot say enough amazing things about New Braunfels Dental Art! From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about your comfort. I used to be so self-conscious about my teeth, but after the extensive work they did, they completely gave me my confidence back. I can finally smile again without hiding behind my hand. If you are looking for a dental team that combines incredible skill with true kindness, this is the place to go. Thank you all so much!

I really love that Dr. Smith didn鈥檛 seem to look for unnecessary things with my children. She was very kind and straightforward. Whereas other dentist we have been to it seems like they try to find every little thing that could possibly be wrong. Highly recommend and we will be continuing to see her as a family!
