I just became a new patient here and it has been such a wonderful experience! It was so easy to make an appointment and fill out all the paperwork, they were able to get me in quickly, and the visit for a routine cleaning and new patient exam was pleasant. Marcy at the front desk is a joy to work with and so communicative and answered all my questions, and Brittany the hygienist was also very nice and great at her job! Dr. Albrecht was thorough and helped adjust my existing night guard to better fit while I await a new one to be made. Thank you for being so great, I’m glad I found you as my new dentist office! I’m really looking forward to meeting River next visit :)

Britney my hygienist, is very knowledgeable and helpful about educating the patients about her role in the office and how it benefits you. I really appreciated Reyann, Britney, and Dr. Albright’s kindness and approachable attitudes. It was my first visit and I felt like I’d known them forever. Thanks again for making my experience so pleasurable.

Had a great experience at this dentist today. Had a wonderful hygienist that cleaned my teeth and met the doctor for the first time. Easy to talk to and laid out plans for the next upcoming visits.

As a retired Navy Veteran, I’ve struggled for years to find quality dental care and had honestly lost confidence in several providers. I finally made the decision to go out of network in search of top-quality care and I’m so glad I found Dr. Albrecht at New Braunfels Family and Cosmetic Dentistry.
I had several complications with a tooth that required a root canal, and I hoped to salvage the crown that was already in place. On top of that, I’ve always had trouble with local anesthetics, which made me apprehensive going in. From start to finish, Dr. Albrecht and his team exceeded my expectations. The office is modern, well-kept, and welcoming (their sweet office dog, River, was a highlight for me!).
Dr. Albrecht’s bedside manner, clear explanations, and comprehensive care plan immediately put me at ease. Everything from treatment to transparent cost was handled with professionalism and care. Needless to say, I am more than satisfied with my experience and truly feel that quality like this is worth the investment in your dental health. I will never choose cost over quality again, and I’m grateful to have found a provider I can fully trust.

My wife Megan and I love claiming to New Braunfels Family and Cosmetic Dentistry! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to our schedule. How they treat my wife is beyond words when we come in and couldn’t be more grateful. They put a lot of attention to detail every time we come in. They set the standard on how a dentist practice should be ran.
