First time there and honestly felt like part of their family. They were so kind and attentive and very respectful and attention to detail. It had been a while since I was able to get to a dentist and they were so gentle but also so very thorough! Would highly recommend!

Check in was pleasant and the dental assistant was thorough and sweet. However, as a new patient the doctor who came in didn’t even introduce himself!! This was the most rough and aggressive cleaning that I’ve ever had. There was barely any communication during the procedure it just felt like I was just a job to get over with. My cleaning was so rough I had fluoride and saliva all over my face the dental assistant had to keep wiping my face, The dentist was using the dental bib on my chest as a TRAY FOR THE INSTRUMENTS. It was a hot mess and I wanted to go home. I had multiple concerns besides a cleaning I had a tooth that was in pain and I communicated that to the doctor and he rubbed the tooth and asked me if it hurt I said no because it’s deep nerve pain and he disregarded that and told me I needed to fill my cavities. DIDNT EVEN TELL ME HOW MANY I HAD, OR HOW MANY I NEEDED TO GET FILLED I HAD TO ASK!!! The Doctor to Patient communication was awful. For my cavity filling i had to get numbed obviously, the doctor didn’t even tell me he’s going to numb me he just took the needle into my gum and came back 15 mins later to start. How do you not communicate the procedure and what you’re doing to a new patient? On top of that disregard their concerns? Not coming back thank you for the cleaning though 💕

The Best! I had a great experience from the welcoming receptionists at check in, to the doctors that were very gentle and informative to the procedures that would need to be done, to check out with the office manager whom was very friendly and answered all questions I had concerning my insurance coverages. Everyone was amazing. The energy in the office was calming, peaceful and safe. You all were amazing, see you next year. Thank you Teresa Frasier :-)

I’ve been a patient of New England Dental for well over a decade, but the quality and consistency of care I received over the past year has been extremely disappointing. Years ago, when I did not have insurance, I paid $150 out of pocket for a night guard that lasted for years without a single structural issue. That reliable experience is what made me trust the office enough to replace it there again. However, since replacing that original guard, I’ve received 2–3 new guards from this office in the past year alone and every one of them cracked or broke within just a few months. Despite having insurance this time, the office billed my insurance hundreds of dollars and still charged me $250 out of pocket for a guard that failed almost immediately. Each guard required two appointments (impressions and fitting), resulting in multiple trips away from work (~6 total trips). On one occasion, I even had to squeeze in a tiny 30‑minute window during my workday just to meet with their technician. When I sought a second opinion from two dentists in Norwalk, I was told the guards I received from New England Dental looked more like retainers than properly fabricated night guards, which aligns with how easily they fractured. Despite the repeated failures, the inconvenience, the money spent, and the questionable fabrication quality, the office refused to provide any refund. You point out that at one replacement was provided “at no charge” does not address the fact that the prior, fully billed guards repeatedly broke and required multiple visits each time. After more than a decade as a loyal patient, the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. I will be pursuing the matter further with my insurance provider, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this practice. Edit: You know they're wrong when they ignore two-thirds of your detailed message AND your direct email regarding this. As other reviews have stated, the office manager's fragile ego does not align with medical care.
