Had a great experience here
after visiting 2 different places in central Mass. This place is top notch! From scheduling to the checking out process, everything was so smooth and detailed. Fernanda, one of the dental hygienist, did an amazing job! She was so patient and explained everything with a lot of professionalism. I felt at ease in her care. Dr. Ron was thorough and professional with his assessment. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I look forward to my next appointment!

I had an amazing experience at New England Orthodontics. From start to finish, the service was top-tier and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Huge shoutout to Taylor, Ampha, Sarah, and Olivia — they were all incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and really made me feel comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients.
And Dr. Umme was absolutely phenomenal — knowledgeable, thorough, and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in my treatment plan.
I highly recommend New England Orthodontics to anyone looking for great care and an awesome team. You’ll be in excellent hands!

Dr. umi is an exceptional dentist - knowledgeable, meticulous, and genuinely caring/HONEST... And hilarious!! 😂 She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensure I had the highest standards of care. Her dental assistants, Sarah and Olivia are absolutely outstanding- if you go here LOOK for them to help with your work that is needed. They're professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive throughout every visit.
Such a calm, and welcoming environment which made me feel extremely comfortable.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ummesalma and her amazing assistants Sarah and Olivia. I will be coming here for good. Thank you!

I had the most wonderful experience at the dentist today! From the moment I scheduled my appointment with Megi, everything was smooth, friendly, and professional. She was so kind and accommodating—making sure I got the perfect time that fit my schedule and following up with such care and attention.
When I arrived, the entire team made me feel comfortable and truly welcomed. The clinic was spotless, bright, and relaxing. My cleaning was done with such precision and gentleness—I left feeling refreshed, confident, and genuinely cared for. You can tell everyone there takes pride in what they do and genuinely values their patients.
