I had a really good experience with Jennifer and the dentist that looked at my teeth-this review is not about them.
My 5yo was complaining to the girl cleaning her teeth about not being allowed to have m&ms and the girl said to her "I will call cps for you". I understand this in the context of a joke but from a provider to a patient this is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. This employee should be working downstairs with the adults not children. I understand it was likely not that deep but this could be a really damaging comment to a lot of children.

i haven鈥檛 been to the dentist in a long time and was very nervous. the doctor and nurses there are SO attentive and truly make you feel so comfortable. i鈥檝e never felt more in place in a medical setting than i did here. it was so good for me that we even set up appointments for my son and my boyfriend the same day. definitely get set up here if you鈥檙e thinking about switching dentists! you will not be disappointed! thanks to the staff for all you do to make every experience outstanding!

Dr. Ro and Cameron are a wonderful team. They engage with their patients and make they at ease. They go the extra mile (or kilometer). The lab messed up my crown, so they worked overtime to fix the problem and get me out without an extra visit. BRAVO 馃憦

I took my daughter there for the first time the other day and they were amazing with her! I couldn鈥檛 have been more happy with the service. Now it鈥檚 my turn in two days! I broke a tooth. I pray everything goes as good with me as I did with her!
Well my appointment wasn鈥檛 as great as my daughters!! After telling them what a horrible dentist I just left and why I hadn鈥檛 been for a while because I have been looking for a better dentist, they assure me this visit won鈥檛 be like my last dentist office. The nurses are great!! They are very sweet and compassionate! I won鈥檛 say the same for the dentist. He was hateful and arrogant and I left the office crying. Not to mention they did nothing for me except tell me I needed $8000 worth of work and they don鈥檛 take my insurance!!! But this dentist asked why I hadn鈥檛 been to a dentist in a while!?? Jesus Christ who could afford those prices!!??? $3200 for a crown?? Come on!!! I just don鈥檛 know if I鈥檒l be back! The pediatric dentist is great!! Won鈥檛 say they for the adult dentist!!wish I had had a better experience!

NRV Dental has some of the best personnel there. First I was 15 minutes late and they still saw me. Everyone is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Tara and Chasidy both answered my questions about my procedure and ensured I was comfortable. They are very professional and kind. Rachel is the nicest receptionist ever. She talks to me like we are best friends and at the same time ensures I have my appointment card and always says have a great day. Of course all the dentist are so kind and gentle with all of the procedures I have endured. They are consistent with asking if I am ok and if I need anything, such as a break to rest my mouth from holding it open.
