I was very pleased..It being my first time I was treated very professional and the beautiful nurse that sat me at the chair,she was very helpful answered all my questions, She was a sweet.. The Dr. was also so sweet and a helpful..Great environment

I’ve been to New Smile Dental a few times now and Dr. Lopez is fantastic. He has such a calming energy that makes you feel safe, which means a lot because I usually get anxious about dental work. Rashida is the sweetest dental assistant. She is supportive, kind, and always takes the time to explain things. Diana did my cleaning and when I say she really cleaned my teeth, I mean it! She was so thorough and I appreciated that so much. There’s also another assistant (can’t remember her name, sadly!) who always talks me through my anxiety, and it helps more than she probably knows. All around, the whole team here is top tier. They listen, they’re caring, and they make getting dental work done so much easier.

I am so glad I found Dr Lopez and his team. Not only do they do amazing work but they all genuinely care for you. He’s very gentle with you and always explains everything before he starts working. The atmosphere is very clean and calming. All in all I rate this place 10/10

Great dentist in the Fort Smith area very prompt, detailed, and always provides great tips and feedback to our children on how they can better their hygiene! Would recommend to everyone in the area
