Check the other negative reviews talking about the billing. So here's another. I have been going to a dentist office regularly for years. My dentist retires, I go to this place. All of a sudden I have 3 cavities. I requested they tell me how much. I get a call a week or so later they tell me with my insurance $100. I thought that sounded low. I called again two days before my visit to confirm because it is exact cash only, otherwise they charge you a fee for using a credit card. They confirmed. I go get the work done. 4 months later they're telling me I owe $120 more. I came here saw these reviews. I question if I had the cavities now. On to the next dentist. They're just as bad as mechanics. If nothing is broke, they aren't getting paid, so they make stuff up

I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dental Hygienist -Nino is amazing. She was gentle, careful, and explained everything clearly. I felt very comfortable during my visit. Highly recommend!

im so glad I found this place. in 50 years of going to many dentists, they are amazing. dr dean is the most gentle caring person. I bring my whole family there now. thank you dr dean, I am smiling now and cant stop. you are an amazing dr. honestly I cant wait to see dr dean as you repair and fix my teeth. I have trust and faith in you. I have not smiled in so many years that I feel like a new person. god bless you dr dean and the staff. thank you

Service is great. If you are in network, and need to have something more than a cleaning done, certify what your coverage is.
Although a crown is covered 100%, they don't allow you to get the crown that is covered at 100%, they force you to upgrade and balance bill you for the difference. At least that's what they did with emblem as of 6/2026. Not unlawful, just messed up in my opinion.

Thank you to Dr. Dean, Chelsea, my wonderful hygienist Sara. And Maria the exceptional hygienist and Dr.Frecce who did my initial consultation a few years back. Before these wonderful people my idea of going to the dentist felt like Steve Martin in Little Shop of Horrors. After my Smilist team I鈥檓 Savion Glover in Happy Feet singing like Nina Simone oohhh I鈥檓 feeling good馃槉. I appreciate everything that you are doing. A big shout to the staff at this location for timely appointments and professionalism. Thanks everyone 馃榿馃榿馃榿
