I recently had my Dental Implants done by Dr. Germain Jean-Charles this past January and it was the best experience I have ever had. When my wife and I first visited his office I was terrified due to past experiences I had at other dental offices. Dr. Germain Jean-Charles, staff immediately welcomes you with a warm smile and make sure you are comfortable and answer all your questions every step of the way! To answer the main question that everyone ask, is it adorable. The answer is yes!!!. Dr. Germain Jean-Charles and his team, made this such a seamless, painless and affordable experience. Dr. Germain Jean-Charles is the most caring and kind dentists I have ever had. He makes you feel like your apart of his family. When I had my surgery Dr. Germain Jean-Charles and his staff were available at all times after my procedure to answer any questions or concerns. Just do it!!!! You won't regret it. Dr. Germain Jean-Charles gave me my smile and confidence back. He did a phenomenal job. He has been a blessing. Thank you so much!!!!!

I just finished the process of having a full lower arch and two individual upper implants completed with Dr. Charles. Dr. Charles and his entire staff were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. From finding a financing option that worked for my budget, to making sure that the procedures were as pain-free as possible, to making sure I was happy with the finished product, Dr. Charles is the consummate professional. I can't thank him enough for restoring confidence in my smile!

They were very supportive, knowledgeable and accommodating during my recent "emergency" painful molar fracture/ infection. I appreciate the care and attentiveness that Dr. Charles gave to my situation. He seemed very skilled during the procedure which included extraction with bone grafting. And he educated me about the process for a future dental implant with restoration.
