My experience was very positive! From checking in to being seen by the doctor, I felt like I was the only one there. They were kind, understanding and thorough in explaining what was going on with my specific situation. I didn’t feel rushed at all. They made sure I understood what my options were and answered all of my questions. My compliments to the staff and my doctor for making my visit so comfortable. THANK YOU!!

I arrived here, having been referred by a dentist, to have a periodontal check up..Because I had no idea what this entailed, the hygienist Abby took the time to explain to me exactly what would be going on. She answered all my questions and above all... this girl was so bright, so knowledgeable that it was just impressive. She's very personable, her attitude is stellar and I could tell she knew her stuff. Whoever hired her made an excellent choice. Also, the dentist Dr Swetlow who saw me was very patient with all my questions and clearly explained all that would happen at my next visit. I truly feel like the people in here are competent and professional and it makes me comfortable to have them taking care of my dental needs.

I had a wonderful experience with this team. I was very impressed and very calm during the whole process. I would recommend this practice to anyone. The entire team was so calm and kind. We couldn’t find the office so we called and one of the staff came and stood and waved at us so we could find them.Very happy with this practice.

Dr. Basali treats his patients with respect and kindness. He addresses concerns completely and has great bedside manner. Abby, Chelsea and Sarah are wonderful dental hygienists and are very caring.

The office staff was very welcoming and kind. Wait wasnt long at all. The Dr and her her team are very kind and thorough. Very good bedside manner and made me feel confident in the next steps. I have not started my treatment plan so I cant speak to the actual procedure however I do feel confident sticking with their team so far. Absolutely recommend
