Like most men I try to avoid doctor and dental visits, especially voluntary ones. However, after forcing myself to show up for my 6 month cleaning I was pleasantly surprised, and impressed.
New hire -Connie did a wonderful job. She performed her job with skill, confidence and efficiency. But what caught my attention most was her pleasant attitude and demeanor. She's a definite positive addition to an already highly skilled staff.
Oddly enough I look forward to my next appointment there.

Had an amazing experience at this location. As someone with horrible anxiety about going to the dentist, the hygienist and dentist both made me feel at ease and were very communicative about any issues that were going on. They were also gentle on treatment. The office is also very bright, and not gloomy as I have experienced with some offices in the past. The front desk was very patient with me as well and I do like that they send out multiple reminders. I would recommend this place to anybody!

My husband and I recently visited Newell Dental for the first time, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone in the office was friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. The waiting time was minimal, which we greatly appreciated.
After taking my X-rays, Dr. Akin met with us and thoroughly discussed the findings. He was very informative, took the time to answer our questions, and communicated everything clearly. Shortly afterward, Dr. Newell came in, introduced himself, and personally welcomed us to the practice. He also reviewed the treatment options with us, making sure we understood everything.
One thing that especially impressed me was the Christian background music playing in the office, which created a peaceful and comforting atmosphere.
I already love this office and look forward to making Newell Dental our dental home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and welcoming dental team.

They made going to the dentist actually enjoyable. After several visits over the years at other dentists, it was refreshing to have a great experience for the first time. They have a very smooth running and professional office. I am definitely continuing to use them.

Every one was just awesome. Got me in as soon as possible. Dr Knight was so nice and very easy to talk with. His assistant was very sweet as well. Love the vibe of the office and the Christian music they play. Very comforting.
