I took my mother here for a consult for dentures. 5 star service from the beginning. They make you feel so comfortable from the first call. The Dr was very warm and gentle w my mother during her consult as she had a lot of fear and trouble accepting her worst fear of her natural teeth needing to come out. They were so efficient and fast, taking care of all the details to set up appointment with an oral surgeon. Immediately setting up a time line and precisely how the entire process would work out. The front office contact, Rosemarie is just amazing! Calling to check in, remembering small details, and just making you feel genuinely cared for. If you need dentures for anyone in your family, this is absolutely the place!

I'm not the best dental patient, but Dr Scurria and his team, Jill, Rosemary, Elise, and Zack did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and relaxed. You were very compassionate and professional. The process went better than I expected and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Newstart denture and implant partners.

Dear Dr. Scurria and the Team at New Start Dentures & Implants, When I first entered your office two years ago, I had a long history of fear and shame regarding dental care. I had nearly given up on achieving oral wellness and felt that this struggle would simply be my burden to carry. From that first day, I was met with gentle honesty and realistic expectations. I felt truly heard and was invited to be an active partner in my own care plan. Although it took me nearly two years to feel ready for the next steps, your team never pressured me. Instead, you waited with patience and kindness until I was ready to proceed. I am now 13 days post-surgery, and the journey has been incredible. I feel that my mind, heart, and health have been renewed in ways I never imagined. So hopefully the first person you talk to is rose Marie because she is a Gem! Then you will see zach or Jill. And good hands with either of these wonderful people will make you feel comfortable and at ease. Honestly great people. Then you meet DR. Scurria. Absolutely fantastic at what he does. And I dont have dental insurance and they gave me a price break. So highly recommend this fantastic crew. Definitely 6 stars if I had an option.

The office staff are extremely helpful and kind. The Dental Assistant Zach was very kind, patient and informative. My Consult with Dr. Gray was very helpful.
