I truly believe God brought Dr. Etheridge and his team into my life. I prayed for God to help me with my teeth and they were the answer to my prayers. They are the kindest, most compassionate dental office you will ever visit. I never had any pain and they were able to permanently fix my smile after years of suffering and spending thousands on ineffective treatments. I now have a perfect, pain free smile and I only paid a total of $650 out of pocket after insurance. That's including bone grafts, extractions, and everything. Thank you so much Dr. Etheridge and team! Shout out to Bethany, best nurse ever!

I’ve been calling their office for three weeks. I’ve left half a dozen messages and no one calls you back. I probably would not recommend them.

Got my final set today. I’m so very happy! Dr Tepedino and staff have transformed my life. I can smile again I can eat again. I am confident again. And my medical insurance paid for it all! The single most important decision I’ve ever made was to call Next Step Smiles. Everyone was a delight to deal with. Caring, professional, attentive. There is not one thing I could complain about. So far my experience with Dr Etheridge and his staff is excellent, I have a ways to go before my permanents, but the temps are awesome and I can't wait for permanents. Thank you for the professional and caring treatment! You guys rock!

Meet the Doctors
Dr. Charles Etheredge, DDS, founded Next Step Smiles. He grew up in Palm Beach County, graduated from dental school at the University of Florida at the top of his class, and has practiced in Palm Beach Gardens since 2001. In recent years he has focused his practice solely on implant dentistry, bringing 3D digital dentistry to the full mouth implant restoration process. The practice's clinical team also includes Dr. Fred Tepedino, DMD, who earned his dental degree at Nova Southeastern University and holds a Fellowship in Implant Dentistry with training in advanced jawbone reconstruction, and Dr. Anthony R. Corral, DMD, who completed his undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins University, earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Temple University, and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
