The whole team at Next Steps is amazing! They have worked very hard making sure my upper and lower implants fit perfectly and looked fabulous. This is an extremely happy professional group of people. The customer service is fabulous from making appointments to follow ups after your visits. Dr. Tepedino has excellent “bedside “ manors and ensures your implants are made with perfection. The artists who create the implants have a gift of matching your natural gum color to your new teeth and ensuring the teeth colors are perfect. The dental assistants are kind and thorough from the the initial visit to your final checkup. The front staff always greets you with a smile and makes sure all the necessary paperwork and appointments are properly set up. Having all my teeth removed was a traumatic event but the team of Next Step Smiles made sure I was taken care of from the beginning to the end!

Want to tell everyone how great this place is. Frank worked with my insurance and got my cost to where I could afford it. From beginning to end the treatment is fantastic. Alexa is the best office manager I have ever witnessed. Dr. Fred Tepedino answers all questions and concerns. Professional, friendly, everyone is upbeat and happy. Chelsea and Allie are great support always happy and positive. They truly treat you like family. THANK YOU very much for taking care of my wife and I.

I will say it was a wonderful experience when I got my first set of teeth and my new dentures at the same time when I saw myself in the mirror I cried at 61 I had a smile never before did I have one. Sure makes a person feel good this place is amazing. I wasn’t nervous at all . I’d also like to say Chelsie and Allie were the best . It sure made my day seeing them in the office and working on my teeth .

I can not recommend Next Step Smiles enough!
6 months ago after being quoted $65k for a full set of arches by a local dentist, I was defeated and thought I was out of options. I was told that with it being a cosmetic procedure, that insurance would not help cover the cost and I was about to give up on this being an option for me. I saw a random Facebook ad for a dentist that claimed they work with medical insurance and though I was skeptical, I decided to give it a go!
That act of faith changed my life for the better! The team in Jacksonville were extremely compassionate and professional keeping me at ease through the whole process. Though getting a new smile was fantastic, the real reason I am so happy is the functionality! After over a decade, I am able to eat anything I want which is HUGE!
If you feel like you are out of options, start here! I promise you will not be disappointed!
