The entire team here is wonderful. They’re welcoming, patient, and always take the time to listen and explain things clearly. They’re incredibly gentle and make even the more stressful appointments feel comfortable. I’ve had consistently great experiences here, and I’m grateful to have a dental office I can trust.

Every one at Nicollet Mall Dental Arts are fabulous! Dr Hoverson is so kind and gentle dealing with all my fears! She always makes me feel comfortable and informed throughout my procedures. Highly recommend!

I had a relatively painless, humbling, and hopeful visit thanks to the thoughtful care from Dr. Hoverson and Sterling. Sterling immediately spotted the poor condition of my gums and handled the cleaning with calm expertise. I flinched when he worked on the recessed areas, but instead of showing frustration he listened when I explained my history of skipping flossing and focused on practical solutions. He set aside any judgment, suggested alternatives, and gave me GUM Soft-Picks to try. It’s only day one, but I’m already hopeful this will become a helpful daily habit. After the routine cleaning, Dr. Hoverson visited and tweaked a recent crown, taking time to explain what she was doing and making adjustments that left the whole experience more comfortable. Her pleasant, reassuring demeanor — combined with Sterling’s patience and problem-solving — made me feel genuinely cared for. Thank you, Sterling and Dr. Hoverson, for your professionalism, empathy, and practical guidance. You turned a humbling appointment into one that left me hopeful about my oral health.

Dr. Hovarson and staff give excellent care in all respects. I have been a patient since she took over the practice and could not be more pleased with my experience. Definitely come here for the best dental care.

My smile is brighter again, and I'm so happy to know there are no repairs needed. Both the hygienist and the dentist, Dr Norah Hoverson, are both competent and friendly! Friendly and competent team to clean your teeth and check that there are no outstanding dental problems. Dr Norah Hoverson is very thorough and keeps good records from one appointment to the next. Friendly, thorough, efficient, expert care... What's not to like? I had another appointment for teeth cleaning and a review of my dental health with a hygienist and Dr Hoverson. Everything went well and I am very satisfied with the result.
