We had such a wonderful experience at this dental clinic that I felt I had to share.
My husband needed a surgical extraction because his tooth was completely broken. He is very fearful of general anesthesia and extremely nervous about dental pain, so we were honestly very anxious going in. But from the moment we arrived, the entire team made him feel calm, safe, and truly cared for.
They were so kind and hospitable — they even offered us coffee while we waited. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, which gave us so much peace of mind. The process from evaluation to scheduling the surgery was very quick, and the procedure itself was done efficiently and professionally.
Most importantly, he did not feel pain. They had all his prescriptions ready ahead of time so that after the surgery we didn’t have to wait or deal with unnecessary discomfort. Everything was organized and thoughtful.
We left feeling grateful and well taken care of. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone who feels nervous about dental procedures — you will be in great hands.

Dr. East is exceptional. I was referred here by my dentist for a bone graft and implant due to a fall that cracked my front tooth. The level of care was first rate. The office staff are helpful and accessible, and Dr. East is a true expert in his field who exudes confidence-- but never arrogance. Quite the contrary. Dr East is personable, has good humor, and most importantly encouraged me to ask as many questions as I wanted-- and he seemed to enjoy answering all of them. I never once felt rushed during the visits. The procedure itself was flawless. When I came around after anesthesia, I asked when he was going to start the extraction surgery-- and he told me it was already finished! I had the expected swelling and minor post-op discomfort during recovery, but it was brief and well controlled. If you carefully follow care and dietary instructions they provide, you won't regret getting your oral surgery at this highly professional practice. On a scale of 1 to 5, Dr. East deserves a 6!

Very high quality experience with Dr. East and his team. The exam was thorough and Dr East patiently explained every step of the needed procedure. Pricing was crystal clear and reasonable. When I had the procedure itself (an extraction) it was over before I even realized it had begun. The follow up calls and text messages have been greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Dr East and the whole team at Niguel Coast were amazing! Over the phone, my first consult, my actual day of surgery and postop! Very kind, informative, articulate and gave me great options to choose Which Procedure was the best options for my issues. Five days after my surgery, I wasn’t feeling so good, I got concerned, I called into the office and they got me in first thing Monday morning. Dr. Baker examined me, he reassured me, that things looked good and we’re healing nicely. He called me in another Antibiotic, to head off dry socket. Within 24 hours, I felt much better. They checked in on me several times, I appreciate their consistency and dedication!

I had my second implant procedure yesterday. My previous oral surgery with Dr East and his staff a year ago was a 5 star experience. I am pleased to state this surgery merits the same 5 star rating. Dr East and his staff are excellent.. They use state-of-the-art technology and the results are consistently superior. I literally felt no discomfort typically experienced with oral surgeries. Thank you Dr East for taking such good care of me!
