Amazing experience here. I felt very seen and taken care of from the first moment. All the staff were excellent at answering questions, and the environment was just generally lovely and extremely caring.
I appreciated how carefully the doctor talked through my x-rays with me and explained the anatomy of what was happening, possible risks, etc. His knowledge and openness made me feel very safe and like I knew what I was getting into.
The surgery itself went beautifully! My incisions were carefully stitched and I’ve had a very comfortable healing process so far with minimal pain!

Could not speak more highly of the staff at Niva! My consult with Dr. Samy was not rushed in any way and very thorough. He eased any concerns I had of my procedure and gave me time to ask questions. The patient coordinator, Jen, is wonderful at her job and making sure patients fully understand their treatment plan cost and financing options. On the day of my surgery, i expressed that I was fairly anxious to have my wisdom teeth removed and would like to be walked through the process step by step as it was happening (with local anesthesia). Dr. Samy did just that and the process seemed very quick & as pain free as it could have been. Every person I encountered at the office from front desk staff to medical assistants to dental assistants (Lashay, I'm so sorry if I spelled that wrong 😂) was incredible and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend Niva to anyone I know!

The Ferrari of tooth extractions!
Dr. Samy and his team did an excellent job removing my wisdom teeth. Right from the first interaction all the way till the follow up. They were clear in how the whole process was going to be and provided guidance, answering questions every step of the way. The extraction itself was painless (had no clue when it was happening) and even the recovery was fantastic even though I had some impacted teeth. Thank you Dr. Samy and team for doing a wonderful job! Would highly recommend their dental team.

Dr. Samy and his staff are the best! The office has a great atmosphere and everyone is very welcoming and professional. I can honestly say that in my 61 years I have not been in a more professional, competent and friendly medical office. Thank you Niva team!

We are very happy with the care my son received. We arrived with many questions, and they were all answered with great patience and care. During my son's surgery, he was treated very well and with great professionalism, especially the nurse, who was attentive to making sure my son felt comfortable that day. The doctor was very professional. He explained in great detail the procedure, the steps that needed to be taken, and then everything necessary for recovery. Highly recommended.
