Dr Levin and staff were amazing! I was in so much pain and very nervous. The staff took really good care of me and Dr Levin was amazing. Alyssa and Stephanie were with me during the procedure both were wonderful at helping me feel at ease. If I ever need oral surgery again( no offense I hope I don’t) I know where to go. Would recommend them all day long. THANK YOU!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jacob and his team. From the moment I walked in, the office staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which really helped put me at ease. Dr. Jacob has a fantastic bedside manner—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I was pretty nervous going in for my procedure, but honestly, I’m not even sure why now. He removed my tooth and performed a bone graft so quickly and smoothly, and I felt no pain at all. The entire experience was far better than I expected. I’ll be going back in about three months for my implant, and this time I’m not nervous at all—which says everything about the level of care I received. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacob to anyone needing an oral surgeon!

5 stars all around! ❤️ I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Jacobs and his entire team. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt completely taken care of. The office itself is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly organized, which immediately put me at ease. Every single person on the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The wonderful ladies who helped me throughout the process were so patient, reassuring, and supportive, especially because I was extremely anxious about my surgery. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, and I was honestly terrified beforehand especially about the anesthesia. But Dr. Jacobs and his team went above and beyond to explain everything clearly before and after the procedure. The level of transparency and preparation they provided made me feel informed, safe, and comfortable every step of the way. Despite my nerves going in, the team created such a supportive environment that it honestly felt like a relaxing, well-guided experience rather than something to fear. Dr. Jacobs even personally called me after my surgery to check in and make sure I was doing well, which meant so much. That level of care and dedication is rare and shows how much he truly values his patients. If you are nervous about oral surgery, this is absolutely the place to go. Dr. Jacobs and his incredible team turned something I dreaded into such a positive experience. I am beyond grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional care. I cannot reccomend this facility and Dr Jacobs enough! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a great experience with these guys. Friendly, accommodating, professional. My surgery with Dr. Jacobs was so painless and easy (I was even asked to choose the music I wanted to hear during it, and they let me listen to 90s grunge band Alice In Chains!). The pre-op/post-op instructions were also clearly explained. Seriously, if you need an oral surgeon, check out NJOS. You’ll be glad you did.

Dr Jacobs is the absolute best. He’s so kind and considerate. This is the second time I’ve needed a tooth pulled with the plan to do an implant later. He’s also treated my son and my husband. I highly recommend him if you ever need to see an oral surgeon.
