I started being a patient at Noble Clinic last October. With one of thr biggest phobias of teeth. I need all my teeth extracted!!! Dr Riley made my experience so worth getting my smile back. I would recommend this Clinic ans any of their doctors to help anyone in their dental health care. I can't wait till my next appointment. Goal, get my smile and life back. Thanks Noble Clinic.

Wow! Absolutely amazing establishment! I've paid into taxes for many years and not long ago placed in ssdi, I cannot explain how terrible I've been treated in many physicians offices and dental facilities, and by the public in general for being on SSDI, I actually tore up the SSI paperwork offered to me my last year of highschool, this experience of failure and becoming ill has been terrible, but I keep trying my best. Seeing the dental team in Stevens point has given me new faith in the system. If you or someone you know who is receiving aid and not being treated great, just know Steven's Point dental đȘ„ has you're back! Lol upon leaving, the hygienist told me, he would expect to see me in six months!! I thought he was literally joking at first! As the last dental facility I was at told me a cleaning is not part of my insurance coverage and I'd be lucky to get a cleaning once every two years.. it's been roughly 5! Lol đ I was in disbelief 𫹠when I glanced at the young hygienists work in the mirror upon leaving, it almost had me in tears... I couldn't believe how bright white he got my awful stained teeth! This place is awesome đ changed my entire outlook on the healthcare system for those who are on SSDI as I have had a really rough time with life to say the least. God bless you guys and gal's, unreal! Five Stars+++++!! Thankđ you!

Came in for an "emergency" appointment to get a filling fixed that just got done. Miscommunication left us to make another appointment as this was only to see what was wrong. Well I knew the issue already lol. Anyway. They took time out of their lunch on tight schedules to fix it for me right away. Had multiple appointments here and have more yet. Really great staff. always has handicap parking actually available. BIG waiting room. Very happy here

First time going to Noble and Dr Riley, Jolene, and the receptionist were beyond amazing. Dr Riley and Jolene went to great measures ensuring the clarity of what was happening and making sure I was comfortable with what needed to happen next. I appreciate everyone for taking their time with my care today.

Horrible customer service do not call their phones. The people are absolutely uneducated. They donât listen to you when youâre asking questions complete runaround, and staying on the phone longer than what it needs to be because people donât listen!!!!!!!!!!!
train your staff better!!! And stop calling young people maâam do I look like a damn maâam Iâm not 70 years old!
Updated: I still would give this place a two star. From losing my document with my personal information as well as my sonâs for months. When I give paperwork to the people in the front, they donât accurately relay the information to the back. Was here for 40 minutes for two seconds for them to verify something this place is a joke. The only reason why we come here is because we can get appointments otherwise I would never come here.
There needs to be a better system for patient and staff needs to be trained better- the manager is fantastic, but thereâs definitely lacking in training.
Third update:
Called again today same issue!!!!! Train your damn staff and do better with customer service!!!!!!!!! This place is damn joke!!!! Came from my sonâs appointment at 2 oâclock and we waited there for like 10 minutes and per the instruction it says that if youâve waited longer than 10 minutes to go upfront, my son goes out front to ask about his appointment and the workers look at him sideways⊠one of my Sonâs friends was there inside too. For what for asking about his appointment?
