The whole team of people were welcoming and kind, which sets the tone of your visit. Dr. Norman was great and thorough. It’s often nerve wracking to visit the dentist especially if you have some dental issues going on but they were encouraging and very much like “this isn’t a big issue and here is the plan.” That made it all worth it for me. Super appreciate Lisa taking my call and getting me scheduled asap, and then everyone else from there on was great!

First time there. Got a very thorough exam. Dr Norman was very nice. Was interesting to see the portable wireless x-ray gadget, which was much easier for the dental assistant/hygienist Linda to maneuver. They were able to look up my insurance info for me because I did not have my insurance card and was going to fax them the info, but they called me and said that they had it taken care of. Nice and efficient.

Dr. Norman and his staff are great. Takes the time to listen to his patients needs. I recommend my friends and family to him. Definitely a good dentist if your in the Redding area.
