Imo they run this like a sales floor and less like an actual doctor's office. I got an email with information about a monthly deal (like dental insurance exclusive to their location) and was offered a waived join fee. I thought it sounded good so I booked an appointment right away. I get there and get a payment form which I found odd because I've never had to do so this way - usually there's some sort of pos system to input your pin. Imo it's not a safe or professional way to get payment but ok. Then I see the dentist who was professional then I see the hygenist which is where I believe the set up takes place. I'm not saying her recommendations were not right but after the dentist just told me my teeth are in good shape, now I'm told I need this extra type of cleaning that would cost me $200+ out of pocket instead of the advertised "free" from me joining their plan. I'm then taken to a separate corridor than main reception to discuss this price and I ask to cancel this plan because what's the point if I'm still coming that much out of pocket when I just simply wanted a cleaning. The woman says if I do I'll be charged fully for today's visit so at this point I feel stuck in this plan that feels more like a payment plan than insurance adjacent. Then I go to check my account and see they still charged me the join fee I enquired about and showed the email advertisement. I went back in and got that fee sent back but I feel scammed. The staff was polite but I wouldn't recommend if you don't have your own insurance and I'd be wary about their recommendations for care.

Title: Extremely long wait, contradictory advice, refused to share my full records, and constant spam emails
I had a very frustrating experience at this dental office.
1. Extremely long wait – A simple exam (X-rays and pocket depth check) took over three hours. That is unreasonably slow and inefficient.
2. Contradictory diagnoses – The dentist told me I did NOT need deep cleaning. But then the hygienist insisted I needed full-mouth deep cleaning with anesthesia and antibiotics. Two people from the same office gave completely opposite opinions.
3. No transparency – The hygienist said I needed deep cleaning because of "a few spots over 3mm" (pocket depth), but did not show me which teeth or what the exact numbers were. When I asked how they measure success (standard is re-evaluation at 4–6 weeks), she said "I just don't do that." That is not professional.
4. Runaround after my request – When I reminded them the dentist said no deep cleaning, they asked me to send my previous dental records. I did. No reply ever.
5. Withheld my records – I asked for my complete records (X-rays AND pocket charting) to get a second opinion. After calling for a week, they only sent the X-rays. They refused to give me the periodontal charting. That is my right to access my own medical records.
6. Constant Junk emails – They send me a lot promotional and marketing emails but not my records. It's annoying and unprofessional.
I left feeling completely disrespected and misled. Will not return, and I strongly advise others to be very careful.

Was able to get a next day appointment for a new patient which completely blew me away! Paulette, Anna and Dr Wallace were absolutely amazing! Paulette and Anna went above and beyond during my daughter’s appointment to tell us about what was needed. Showing us pictures, X rays and demonstrations of issues she was having and why. Giving us a much better understanding than when we walked in. 100 percent recommend Normandy Dentistry.

Went for a regular cleaning and needed some work done. They were able to get me in the next day. I had a very pleasant experience with Lauryn, she is awesome, and Dr. Thornton does some genuinely good work. Great to see people enjoying what they do and doing it well.

Service is great waiting was a little to long. Hygienist was very thorough.. The Dentist saw her for 3 minutes out of the 2
Hours i was there. Cherry at the checkout was super sweet and didn't push me to take the treatment plan. I did take it even though I can't afford it right now but my teeth are Important.
